@BSNLCorporate I am just letting you know that i am changing my service provider bsnl to VI. And anyone who is seeing this always remember that bsnl has policy of zero/no Customer service. Better change your service provider before it's to late and you miss something important

Stop making fool to users #BSNL, BSNL GM is saying me what ever the bill is due you need to pay but when I asked for service he just try making me fool talk to them talk to whome, if BSNL can't provide the service, I don't know why government is not shut down it.

@AshwiniVaishnaw Sir , I m from Jamshedpur which has one of the highest number of BSNL broadband user but unfortunately the service is very bad, we don't get proper speed nobody to complain, when u call the operator who did the connection he says write a letter. I was forced to switch to JIO.

And additional 999/- rs charged from me in my first month Bill. I am very frustrated with BSNL services, Firstly services are not good and secondly Extra expenses charged from customer on the name of anything which was previously not disclosed.Area manager is also very rude.
