  @BSNL_CHTD @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate I have raised ticket on Nov 29th 2021 for Landline and Broadband connection are not working. Till now, they have not fixed.. Looks like, there is a issue in the wire. From BSNL, they are saying need to buy new wire. still it is not replaced

  @BSNL_PB this is regarding the poor service provided by BSNL. For the whole month the internet and phone doesn't work. Instead of providing services we are served with bills. What is this modus operandi? We are paying not for services provided by you but for your incapabilities

  @BSNLCorporate Sir what step I have to take....May I surrender my broad band connection Or I have to wait.....I went 4 or 5 times in BSNL office for the same...They told that it is not their problem it is from Etawah. Online also I complaint but no use. please help me.

  @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate With the modem's price added It cost me around 5500 for BSNL FTTH connection.... So i am switching provider unless this issue rectifize... Contact number : 8825818060 Providers number : +919486153510 Providers name : Guna sekaran
