    Sir I did recharge of 107 on my bsnl number through phonepay app and it showed successful recharge,but i didn't get the benefits of recharge and when I contacted bsnl support they told me that ,we didn't received any payment of 107 @PhonePeSupport @BSNLCorporate

    While we have always aspired for high-end and advanced smart phones, eagerly waiting for new updates. None of us ever bothered about the advancement or upgradation of state owned operators like BSNL/MTNL. Dying a slow death!

    Is it me or we all think that the reason for BSNL to fail is not privatisation. It's just they don't want to work. Recently asked BSNL to upgrade my landline to fiber, 2 months passed. No updates. (PS they have fibre in my area) @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB #BSNL

    Ported from @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL to @reliancejio . Usually they would call and ask not to port. But bsnl never called (not that it matters) and tried to reconsider. Just something i noticed. Noe enjoying 4 times at jio 4g and 1000 times better speed on jio5g.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate Some quests? 1)Why BSNL is not performing well? 2)Only jio Airtel & other sale their sim from retailer but BSNL is NOT tie up with any retailer. If u tie up with retailer then customer will take connection from them. Why u r not implementing?

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BsnlUp @BSNLUPWEST, Grievance# BSNL-UW-2023-CU-03171679072506 LL# 05677-296947 I have been facing connectivity/ slow speed issue for last 1 month months but my area BSNL office/ technician asking me for removing connection rather than helping to get it fixed.
