BSNL is a govt PSU having 100%share why 4G spectrum is not alloted intentionally it meance some vested interest observed BSNL is competent to compete the present scenario with the private opleratirs' services .it is prime duty of govt to settle or support to PSU like BSNL

@Mathisoft2007 @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL It is not the country loyalty. All Indians are loyal to their country. It does not mean that #BSNL can avoid customer service. I personally patronize bsnl but their service is not improving and they don't care for complaints. @rsprasad @narendramodi

Many times BSNL INTERNET fails or gets low signals resulting Stoppage of E-payments. A lot of time need to normalize it. If UPI ID of BSNL and process of offnet payment (*99# dialing USSD for digital transactions) be published publicly by BSNL than issue may solve in emergency.

The screenshot is my chat with them regarding VoWifi not working for BSNL Sim on Pixel 8, however same is working on iPhone,. So it seems from BSNL that update is pending from Google and not @bsnl_care, please check.

@AeroAwcs There is no obligation. The telco is providing a service. It behoves them to have a wider network to attract customers and retain them. Compare VI with Jio and Airtel and then BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate There has been a network outage in my area since early Sunday morning. I have already raised a complaint, but there is still no update. This is not the first time with BSNL, such issues often take a couple of days to be fixed. It seems that if an outage happens on a weekend, it is not attended to because of official holidays. Telecom services are essential, and faults like cable breaks or network failures should be resolved on the same day, regardless of the day of the week. Also, my plan offers speeds up to 150 Mbps, but I have never seen speeds beyond 60–70 Mbps. The actual performance is far below what is promised. @JM_Scindia Before highlighting that BSNL has become a profitable company after several years, the government should first address the ground reality of service quality and customer experience. Many customers are compelled to continue and pay for services due to limited options in a duopoly market. This cannot be projected purely as an achievement without acknowledging the lack of competition and the service challenges faced by users. Instead of focusing only on profitability claims, the priority should be improving infrastructure, ensuring timely fault resolution, and delivering the promised internet speeds and reliability. @JM_Scindia Pathetic situation at BSNL customer service centre Alappuzha, KL. Went to reactivate a mobile connection. Official said that the application for the same is not working and they will process my request once it works, of which they have no idea. Please look into it.
