    I m from dwarka (Guj.). there is a network issue at gopal vatika/vrijdhaam area.. i m feeling like cheated.. experiencing only 1G in recharge of 4G... doing this complain using BSNL network.. bcoz ideavodafone is facing only buffering and processing.@idea_care

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1050395154 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

    @BSNLCorporate Yes resolved but after 15 days Do Bsnl will Wave off my 15 days payment poor service providers in world ur excutive cut the ph if we ask more qustion

    @BsnlKollam @BsnlKollam Thanks to bsnl fiber kollam (mathilil) for making work on home so easier.. some advantages of using bsnl: 1. We can get 2g speed of net when the world is moving towards 5g. 2. Absence of customer support after 8pm 3.Frqnt internet outage during office hrs

    I think bsnl is just wasting government money government should closed bsnl, Bsnl employees are Kam chor they just come to office for money not for better service @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNL_BR I have not used BSNL internet for even a single day without problem, but now bills are getting generated. We have also tried contacting local BSNL office couple of times but no one is there to help us in this matter. Please take this on priority.

    The customer care representative recite the same thing "We will escalate the issue".But as you can see the issue is still not addressed, hence I'm tweeting my concern here. Tbh I've lost hope with BSNL because of the service.I have raised 50+ complaint tickets in less than a year
