    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1050395154 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

    I m from dwarka (Guj.). there is a network issue at gopal vatika/vrijdhaam area.. i m feeling like cheated.. experiencing only 1G in recharge of 4G... doing this complain using BSNL network.. bcoz ideavodafone is facing only buffering and processing.@idea_care

    @BSNLCorporate Yes resolved but after 15 days Do Bsnl will Wave off my 15 days payment poor service providers in world ur excutive cut the ph if we ask more qustion

    @BSNLCorporate IF 2G is sufficient, then why we are going for 5G. Is it possible to open in a single page/any site in 2G. Just to save it is saying BSNL. @DoT_India can pl check this by your team. Sorry to say for BSNL service here. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir, pl look into this pertaining to ODISHA

    Run it like you run a private entity, where everyone is held accountable for their work, where you incentivise good performance and penalize bad ones, BSNL accountability is towards whom?it is accountable to no one,it should be scrapped,it's not serving any purpose.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE pathetic and hopeless customer service. Internet down and nobody to attend and fix it. Nobody just cares to come and fix it after personally calling the service guys multiple times, just to hear "we will send somebody".Why should someone use BSNL?

    @sandeep_PT True, this would be fault of entire BSNL higher authorities..they didn’t take decisions quickly and does not release funds as per required,hence every BSNL mangers are responsible for this sinking ships and few of them direct contact with private operators to compromise service🤔
