    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1050395154 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

    GOI need to ask why they spends thousands of crores to retain BSNL. Is it profitable? If not please do not waste tax payers money. Like Air India get rid of this white elephant institution.. Their service is pathetic and it is a criminal waste of money..

    @BSNLCorporate I want to downgrade my fibre ftth plan from Basic Plus to Basic there is no option to downgrade fibre plan on bsnl online portal i have raised complaint regarding this issue but they replied that we have to submit an application in bsnl office and closed the compai

    On vacation in hometown after a year and still no resolution of the issue, the BSNL broadband stopped working suddenly without any warning. BSNL broadband is extremely unreliable and cannot be used for WFH or online classes. It stops working without any warnings. @BSNLCorporate

    @nizam14345 @CNNnews18 BSNL is going to upgrade to 4G with the help of TCS under a $2 Bn USD soon. It's a recent news, you can read about it. However BSNL is too late in upgrading their network. Let's see what happens next.
