    I m from dwarka (Guj.). there is a network issue at gopal vatika/vrijdhaam area.. i m feeling like cheated.. experiencing only 1G in recharge of 4G... doing this complain using BSNL network.. bcoz ideavodafone is facing only buffering and processing.@idea_care

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1050395154 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

    @BSNLCorporate Yes resolved but after 15 days Do Bsnl will Wave off my 15 days payment poor service providers in world ur excutive cut the ph if we ask more qustion

    @JioCare Now your network is unable to handle so many users. BSNL/MTNL network is working better than Jio now. 4G speed is less than 1mbps, recurring network issues, no network and internet while traveling. MNP is the only option, Bye Bye. Get well soon.

    @BSNL_KTK Bsnl Sabsa ghatiya network hain... First provide better service to customers like jio than advertise yourself. I'm sure your upcoming 4g will be a failure.

    @BSNLCorporate There is no response to my complain still. Such a pathetic customer service. No wonder why BSNL is in such a terrible financial situation. the govt should privatise BSNL as soon as possible

    Message service not working on BSNL SIM. Tried to call Customer care, but they were unable to resolve the issue. Even visited the BSNL office, they told you need to go to your region for this issue. Can anyone please check this issue. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @BSNL_RJ
