    @idea_cares I m from dwarka (Guj.). there is a network issue at gopal vatika/vrijdhaam area.. i m feeling like cheated.. experiencing only 1G in recharge of 4G... doing this complain using BSNL network.. bcoz ideavodafone is facing only buffering and processing...

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1050395154 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

    @BSNLCorporate Yes resolved but after 15 days Do Bsnl will Wave off my 15 days payment poor service providers in world ur excutive cut the ph if we ask more qustion

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL charge amount as per plan against services offered. If the service is not proper or as per plan, why they charge 100% as per plan?

    @gavin_mathos @BSNLCorporate Brother, we are still juggling for 3G and you are talking about 5G. I am bsnl user since last 10 years but I think BSNL is out of race now, don’t bother about customer satisfaction as I have several complaints but no resolution. @BSNL_MH

    Namaskaram, I am Tejas Chaudhary. @BSNL_MH BSNL service has been closed since last evening, ordinary citizens have to face many problems. Although the 10th and 12th exams are currently underway, they are hampered in their online studies, but we hope to solve this problem soon.

    @DoT_India @bsnl_mp I have BSNL FTTH connection no. 07392-299074 at Jhabua M.p. Suddenly on 30 jan 22 internet stopped and service provider shift it to other service provider with reason due to major cable cut BSNL will not work. Still not shift back to BSNL PLEASE SUPPORT
