I m from dwarka (Guj.). there is a network issue at gopal vatika/vrijdhaam area.. i m feeling like cheated.. experiencing only 1G in recharge of 4G... doing this complain using BSNL network.. bcoz ideavodafone is facing only buffering and processing.@idea_care

@BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1050395154 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

@BSNLCorporate Yes resolved but after 15 days Do Bsnl will Wave off my 15 days payment poor service providers in world ur excutive cut the ph if we ask more qustion

I called customer care 4–5 times, no help. Complaint raised via app was closed without fixing. Please resolve this urgently. – Sopan Hanuman Masure

@Ravisutanjani I was wanted to support BSNL but when my phone got stolen I just want to close sim so that no one can use it but they didn't do it by phone I have to wait for Monday morning to go to their office and provide them FIR copy than they close it That day I decided I say no to BSNL

@bsnl_care What kind of hopeless response is this? I have already ported to BSNL. The complaint was raised for not getting 4G services in an area which already has BSNL 4G. If you are not clear, better to call & get a clarification from customer.

@Ravisutanjani But where is the network? Jio is using BSNL tower that means BSNL is having their own tower so we should easily get the network right? But no we don't get the network in the metro city also.

BSNL is govt network agency there maintenance work might be planned on weekdays only and it is unnecessary impacting coustomer. Can't BSNL pre-planned there maintenance work. Local operator can't take responsibility, My kind request to BSNL and respective ministry kindly fix it.

@brabu_ac_in @DineshCRai Despite multiple requests, technicians of the server room aren't fixing it . a technician from bsnl was sent to fix the problem of the library department but the technician of the server room was absent on 28th may.
