Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

First need to make BSNL full 5G ready with very good network and services. Then only people will consider using BSNL services, including the Govt sector.

p mukherjee (@prat3797) reported@CGM_WB_BSNL not getting support from Bsnl mullick fathak howrah team. My router has been taken by the service franchisee and not returned. I am also yet to receive my invoice from him for the money paid for new router. The local bsnl team is not taking any action.
