@Idea I m from dwarka (Guj.). there is a network issue at gopal vatika/vrijdhaam area.. i m feeling like cheated.. experiencing only 1G in recharge of 4G... doing this complain using BSNL network.. bcoz ideavodafone is facing only buffering@idea_cares

@BSNLCorporate Dear Customer, your escalation with reference number 1050395154 has been resolved. Please call BSNL Customer Care at 1500 for further queries. without informing me or resolving my problem they closed my complain good politcs of govt @PMOIndia @ConsumerCourt_

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala my home landline done for week#3 . The local BSNL office says they have no supplies of cables or spares and hence cannot help! # poor customer experience # bsnlkerala. If this is the apathy shown to customers then please do not promise fibre!shame

No action, no shame, no responsibility, no courtesy to reply - BSNL has given worst services, not able to restore internet since 1st May22, almost 4 months, education, work suffer. Govt talks og digital India, and this is how BSNL is helping
