Called bsnl customer care, they are suggesting to go to bsnl store to get a new sim with same number. Went but the scenario that aadhar is not of Telangana.

Dear @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTelangana , I am using bsnl sim for last 12 years. From yesterday my bsnl sim stopped working without any notice. Visited the bsnl customer care store in Lingampally. Got to know the reason that number is from Telangana and aadhar is of Jharkhand.

@bsnl_care My mobile signal has been dropping frequently over the past 24 hours, and whenever it drops, my BSNL fiber connection goes down too. Both problems seem to be ongoing. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD
