    @PRAMITDHARIWAL @TrakinTech That's true. But I've been using BSNL for the last one year. But BSNL doesn't have any indoor coverage. So I'm just frustrated with its service. They said to shut down 3G, but it's still there. They said 4G launched but not working properly. So how can BSNL end Jio's duopoly?

    @BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate, When I called, I discovered that he had left BSNL long ago! This shows the complete lack of coordination and accountability in your system. This is exactly why people are moving to private operators. Reliable connectivity and prompt support matter.

    @psankar I mostly like your posts but would like to call bullshit on this occasion You can say whatever you are saying if you use BSNL instead of Airtel & PSU banks instead of Private Banks We all have stood in line to pay BSNL bills and got treated like **** in PSU entities So pls 🙏

    Very disappointing service! I recharged my @BSNL_OR mobile with ₹319 through the @NPCI_BHIM app. The transaction was marked successful, and the amount has been debited and sent to BSNL, but my mobile number has still not been recharged. Transaction ID: 052738476373

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate have some shame dear Bsnl🤌.. how many times have you created ticket and closed it without resolution. Today also you closed a ticket without resolution. Have some sense and shame. Making your customer retweet endless time isnt a good thing
