    @BSNLCorporate It is really heart breaking that no one has bothered to resolve my complaint for 2 days now. Seems like no body cares about the customers in bsnl. Really dissapointed!!

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port my bsnl number to vi network but the local vi gallery is saying porting is only possible if we subscribe to postpaid plan and there is no prepaid porting option??? Is this true ?

    @rsprasad I fail to understand, Sir, how "efficient" engineers of BSNL r taking more than 12 days in repairing landline phone 079 29725047 and no one cares to even hear the complaint! Hope u can do something before compelling me to take PMO in loop.

    @a3mit Sir, The internet connectivity of Sopara PO was restored on 10.6.21 upto 14.6.2021 afternoon, again there is issue of internet connection from the BSNL Exchange. The matter has been taken up with BSNL authorities and will be resolved shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    I wasted rupees on BSNL 4G. I has been unable to use my data from last 20-25 day. Every time when ever I called customer care they only just told me to change the APN settings to this, and try to use the sim to another device, and...... .stuffs...... @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL

    @PMOIndia @narendramodi Sir last one week BSNL tower issue is there, I'm a very old BSNL customer. Don't want to go for private company. I request you to do the needful for public sector company. BSNL back bone to Our India.

    @MTNLMbiOfficial There is no mobile network in BSNL Telecom Factory since 4 last days. Pl do the needful to resume the network.
