@KondalAbhinav @MajorPoonia @RNTata2000 As a customer, i never received good customer service from them. Hence i switched to private players. In reality, Bsnl 3G speed is higher than 4G speed provided by private players.

@BSNL_RJ despite having a BSNL fibre internet we are spell bound to use our mobile data which runs faster than your fibre. Gone are the days that you call customer care and wait for IVR to respond. Not at all satisfied

BSNL wants to put 1lakh fibre connection in Jamshedpur. But the kind of pathetic service don't know how many numbers they will get. Still my fibre connection is not working even after concern person visit. Think my money is gone down the drain.

@cgm_mh_bsnl Please forward my complaint to BSNL West Bengal. I am unable to get to them. There is only 1 BTS in Hamadama. Also that is not working properly. That BTS is very far from where I am now. Kindly call- 7977643906.

@JioCare My bsnl number 09451135632 is not port to Jio till date. I was start Port system bsnl to Jio 30/9/2021. Till the date no Jio network on my phone.
