@AshwiniVaishnaw Connectivity on bsnl network is too poor. Often phones(from & to BSNL) do not connect. Even phone nearby will say out of network area. Ppl thinking to port to other service providers. We patronise bcz of PSU but then network has to work

@JioCare @reliancejio I was connected for jiofiber connection at my home on 24th may first time. I am available at home on Sunday only. Very sorry to say about your service. If I need to take leave for connection then why jio, airtel and bsnl or other private also available.

@BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia @BSNL_JKMy BSNL fiber is down since yesterday morning (LOS red). Waited due to holiday, but next day too “still a holiday.” Now I get a message saying complaint is resolved, but net is still dead. Please stop marking fake resolutions.

@BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate My BSNL fiber line has been down since yesterday morning . Gave it time thinking it might be fixed, especially since it was Eid ul Adha. But even today, I’m being told it’s a holiday while I continue to suffer. Is this the service we deserve?

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR for for the last two days there is no network in the whole area please give some time on improving your infrastructure @TRAI what is the rule regarding validity period if there is no network please update. it is common for (BSNL) Bhai Sahab Nahi Lagega.
