    @gpr90662b @tavleen_singh It was 2004-05, I went to local BSNL office for the complaints as there was no network for last 2-3 days. Their employee told me, "Duniya aage ja rahi hai aap har hafte yaha complain karne chale aate ho, itni sari company aa gayi hai sir koi aur SiM le le chutti karo"

    I am facing network issue from past 7-8 months in my area, When ever electricity goes out, BSNL's network automatically switched from 4G to 2G (LTE to EDGE), It's totally BTS fault and it's happening because they don't have battery backup or generator to run the tower

    @BSNL_KTK Dear BSNL from past 2 days i don't have internet connection... I have cleared the bill as well.. Can you please resolve the issue ASAP

    @Namma_ORRCA @BBMPCOMM Its much needed drive. But the focus should be streamlining the process of cable laying & proper termination. Had there been strict guidelines in this regd, situation wdnt hv bn so bad. I suggest, cabling should be supervised by BESCOM or BSNL, as they hv the expertise

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Bsnl Services break down again 4th time in three days, It starting and night and breaking down again in morning. Happening continues @ Pachod 431121. It's a very very big issue, please take action on it.

    @gwbush99 @aaronteron @the_hindu Please bruh, look at telecom. Are you paying more now for 4G from Jio than you were paying for 3G from BSNL? Don't talk like an idiot from the 70s.

    @GirishNaught Because the installation is outsourced. Wait for the connection to get disrupted, there won't be repairs for months. I had installed BSNL FTTH connection 2 years ago, the service was down >80% of the time. I used to expedite complaints via a family friend but he took VRS now

    @coolicykool @gpr90662b @tavleen_singh Point is the general attitude of government employees, today BSNL has outdated technology but they are under tremendous pressure now and today same employee must be afraid of loosing the Sarkari stamp, he will now beg to continue the service but I moved on.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India Having BSNL LL+BB connection no. 0172-2550580. Disconnected it due to poor services one & half year ago. My Security deposit not refunded till date. Pl refund the security deposit and take action against erring officials
