    @MoneyviewApp I recharged my number with ₹199 through your app. Payment was successful, but recharge benefits/balance were not credited. BSNL customer care said the recharge is inactive and asked me to contact the recharge platform. Please resolve this issue ASAP. #BSNL

    @bsnl_care It has been over 7 days and my BSNL international roaming issue in the USA is still unresolved despite repeated assurances that it has been “escalated.”

    @jcrajan00 @sundarmail They can’t be separated IMO. Monopoly guarantees employment, competition doesn’t. It results in BSNL kind of situation, which isn’t sustainable. As I mentioned earlier, no near term solution is in sight unfortunately.

    @Parag_Kar In Kerala, Airtel has 4.6 MHz instead of 10 MHz in the 900 MHz band. If that 4.6 MHz is repurposed for VoNR priority services, we’ll be screwed in district like Idukki! By the way, BSNL is running as empty network here, with speeds hitting 40 Mbps. I think I’ll switch to BSNL.
