If there is CSC then surely there may be an AGM rank officer available in exchange there you could have got your issue resolved.

When we were down v ensure all work force work regardless of post expertise to bring org back on feet. I visited many #BSNL units in MH region no one care of their own area maintenance cleaning etc. pl buckle up it you only have to walk. No pay to vendors @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

Complained many a times but in vain, so I ported out 3 months later. I personally think BSNL CAN NEVER UPGRADE AND UPLIFT just because of their adamant behaviour.
