    @BSNLCorporate No it's not resolved Even after twitter, Had demand for Refund since September 2020 till Date 2022 not yet refunded, even had given letter for Disconnection of Service in September 2020 to Mr Paliwalji of Falna Exchange and Pali Exchange sent to Mr Mohanji is ignore by Falna BSNL

I hav been ur customer for d last 15 yrs & u are treating me like this. I hav nt been able to use ur services since 1.5 yrs even after paying bills.

    With the current situation and WFH, we cant rely on #BSNL. This is one of the fundamental reasons people hate choosing #BSNL. Action and response from the local office are very slow and not reactive. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @bsnl_bangalore request for quick resolution
