Even reliance had to closed their CDMA network despite giving lots of freebies . BSNL has been there for ages and yet its presence is scarce.

I as a customer cannot escalate the matter to seniors in the company. There is no escalation matrics for a paying customer! The sad part is, the alternatives are BSNL or Jio Air Fiber which are equally bad!
