  @BSNLCorporate Sir there is a very big problem for connecting internet. For yesterday onwards the network is coming and going in every minutes and very much flactuate in agra. Tower in bsnl is near saket colony, shahganj agra 282010. Kindly rectify the problem.

  @BSNL_MH @BSNLCorporate 12 Societies around sidharthnagar 2, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra, are fade up due to Frequent failures in BSNL FTTH internet service cut .Why always Main lines are cut or Cards in exchange are down? Earliest action needed or bulk would go for other services.

  @vijaylokapally @Airtel_Presence BSNL landline with broadband no complaints at all for the last 2 years at my home in Chennai. No connectivity issues, no out of order issues. Very Satisfied

  @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate .....My BB fiber number was placed under safe custody but still I have been billed at the full amount. I had to pay for 1 year inspite of part service and not customer service from BSNL and now I am being forced to pay..

  We are using bsnl network past 13years. Nowadays we are facing lot of issues with the network. No 3g service available in my area and we can't use the basic mobile due to poor network. Lot of people using bsnl neiin my area. Request you to fix this problem soon.

  @shrieksinsri @vijaylokapally @Airtel_Presence For about seven years I used BSNL landline and broadband. For about 5 years it was okay. Then, unable to endure the problems connected with broadband, switched to BSNL FTTH in the hope that all problems would be solved. If anything, this looks worse than before!
