    @DoT_India Thanks for the reply, kindly take strict action. I'm still getting call regarding why are you going to port, i told them i just wanted to port nothing else then they(vodafone customer care) replied there's no problem from their side, and i should contact to bsnl @BSNL_BR for this

    @kaul_vivek @NonsensicalNemo BSNL was also too big to fail. Give it another year, Voda will cease to be too big to fail.

    @PMOIndia Sir a small complaint made to BSNL remains unattended. It's 7 days now. No one is responding or either taking any calls. Suffering heavily Sir. No one is helping.

    @BSNL_KTK Sir I haven't got the bill for my postpaid mobile number for July. This already happened a few times before. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and can't visit the CSC every now and then. If I can't even get a monthly bill I will cancel my BSNL postpaid.

    Mattanur bsnl bhawan and its employees are not giving services to customers.I received many messages after booking online for broadband connection and received employees contacts.When talked to them it seems they dont know how to give service.
