@BSNLCorporate BSNL, Surat, Gujarat, for sure and on record, there is no service standards, let telephone and broadband dead for 10s of day, no one bothered. Govt style poorest working culture. Can't find GM BSNL Surat email id from BSNL page.

2/4 I think this is too old model and doesn't make any sense. For a plan upgrade you can go to portal and do the changes then why not degrade as well. These kind of things what repels customer when they want to show interest in bsnl after having competitors in market when

Now very common in Kush pata, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur , PIN- 721212 that #BSNL mobile network down every now & then. Since yesterday no network of #BSNL. LOCAL #BSNL stuff not cooperative. we request 🆘💥🆘💥🆘 to @BSNLWBTC @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India to solve it asap 🙏🆘🙏🆘
