    @bsnl_care Hello, any update on my query? It is really really challenging to have BSNL SIM card in Delhi. In case you are unable to fix it quickly, I have no choice but to port out. Please help inactivating Wi-Fi calling again.

    @TRAI my recharge is successful in jio network and my sim is port in bsnl. jio customer care says connect with your network and. bsnl customer care says connect with jio. my recharge is 899/-

    @BSNL_UPE @bsnl_care few weeks back I opted for a trial for higher speed plan over and above my existing bb plan through ur app. Now I want to unsubscribe/opt-out of it but there's no option anywhere. The customer care lady asked me to visit bsnl office. This is unacceptable.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care Dear @BSNL, my BSNL FTTH connection is having very weak optical signal (RX power around -28.86 dBm). Internet is unstable and disconnecting frequently ,complaint is still not resolved. Kindly escalate and resolve the issue urgently. #BSNL #FTTH

    @bsnl_care We sent a message to port our BSNL connection to another network, but we have not received any response. Consequently, we tried calling Customer Care, but they are not answering either. We require a response as soon as possible, and we absolutely demand a resolution to this issue
