    @BSNLCorporate since April 11 the numbers that are not providing proper service have been collected twice but no one is addressing the issue. Absolutely horrendous service. #BSNL @BSNL_KTK bsnl Karnataka handle is perhaps not even monitored, only new plans posted

    @BSNL_OR visited Salapada, keonjhar bsnl office for fiber connection, and they said we need more number of customers to give connection. Is it my job to do a marketing for BSNL. When people needs service bsnl employees says No.@BSNLCorporate @bsnlbroadband

    @DoT_India My #BSNL Landline Line Parameters are very weak too much noise in LL unable to dial any local number - busy tone appears always, Internet is also not working properly. Request you to please help 🙏 See DM for LL number.

    @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH Customer of BSNL Broadband since 2008 and couldn't get such worst experience until i switched to BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband. Everytime my internet not working, it took 2-3 days to correct even after making several requests.

    @BSNLCorporate I think you are happy with disconnection from a customer. See the cause of disconnection. I willam sad because BSNL cheat me. No rebate in bill and no refund of security money.
