@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HR @DoT_India Since couples of months after some time my CPE WiFi & Admin password reset automatically, why BSNL or lastmile provider accessing my PON router and resetting these? if they need to do they have to inform customer prior. They make provision in configuration to take remote.

@TrulyMonica Does #BSNL followes,coz from last 3 years they have built big offices and no backoffice staff, fault dealing agency on contract, leave technical knowledge, they don't even know how to talk properly, broad band service sinking and they r suggesting us @BSNLCorporate Fiber #Telecom
