@BSNL_PB Modem submitted almost 10 days ago, still getting messages for bill payment. Also it was not customer’s duty to submit modem. BSNL has to collect it from customer.

@BSNLCorporate I have issue with registered mobile number. I have updated my registered mobile number last year, but it seems it's updated partially in Bsnl end. It has been updated for Broadband services. But for OTT services it's not updated yet. Please update mobile number.

@BSNLCorporate decided to port out today from bsnl because of weak connectivity and due no 4G services in Dehradun. @BSNL_UKD kotwali patel nagar thana road connectivity is too poor, not getting even 3G server. #BSNL
