    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd It has become a norm with BSNL fiber that every week there will be an issue . None takes responsibility to apply permanent fix , when called your customer care to report the issue with websites not working they Simply cut the call

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India BSNL FTTH fiber connection broken for last two days. No one has fixed despite making multiple calls to SDO and vendor both. Irony is I have received 2 calls for bill payment on last 2 days but no one to fix the line.
