    Absolutely shocked by bsnl's attitude I already twitted regarding my issue that my landline connection03222-296344 is dead, till now no response from @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India and now this fake resolution. They closed the complaint without resolving it. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @BSNLCorporate What happen to BSNL still I don't no. the employees of BSNL are working or sleeping two month before I complain still problem was not solved complaint is closed but problem is not solved nobody's can care about rural ares.

    You can likely get a BSNL 4G SIM card at the Electronic Telephone Exchange, Nagina Dhampur Rd, Nagina, Chater Bhojpur, Uttar Pradesh, PIN 246762. It's open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Since it's Thursday afternoon, you can visit today. Alternatively, call BSNL customer care at 1800-180-1503 to confirm availability or find other nearby centers. Note that Tandamaidas may be under PIN 246763, so verify your location for accuracy.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt You are sending message for free upgrade to 4G sim. Sitting in BSNL, Chandanagar, Hyderabad. Staff unable to give upgrade due to technical issue. Saying I can upgrade as lost SIM by paying ₹50/-. They showed error in free upgrade process. Fix your app.

    I hv owned bsnl broadband connection since 8 years,which no is 05712400430,always faced many issues with service at present my connection is dead last 25 days and hv many times registered online and offline complaints but bsnl not get solutions till date@BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST

    BSNL odisha why complaints not attended. Govt trying to revive BSNL but are they ready, I think no. internet is not restored even in 48 hrs, how o can agree for reviving this junk. SDO Maitrivihar BBSR does not act. Centralized complaint system says complaint already booked .

    @BSNLCorporate Internet is down since 3 days now. The network is slogging to connect my calls the numerous calls to customer care executives are worthless. Local vendors refusing to recharge bsnl numbers due to reduced success rate. Connectivity Error #bsnl
