    @BSNLCorporate To whom should I register my complaint so that my problem is resolved because you don't have the power to resolve that. I made a huge mistake by choosed BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir Should be Leave BSNL sim. Am fadeup with BSNl network. Its just like 1g..not even 2g.....3g to socho hi nhi .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your service has been worse than bsnl . I initiated a payment only to later found out the service wasn’t available in my area . It’s been around a week no scene of refund or no courtesy to even call / revert back Sigh🙁

    @BSNLCorporate Electricity power is back again for 1.5 hrs. But till now broadband is fully dead. No DSL signal till now...... Urgently power backup facility needed. Although BSNL is the Govt. Telecom,which should be the best but it has the worse infrastructure in the country.

    Working efficiency of the Indian Govt company BSNL has much deteriorated. My complaint of landline phone in Naranpura, Ahmedabad not working since 3rd June is still not attended. No one has any answer and no one owns responsibility. Very sorry state of affairs ! @OfficeOfRSP

    @kumarfaculty @Murugankesavan @Kumaru_ First you should convert from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid. After that it will be easy to convert to anyother network. The only way is go bsnl office and ask how Mobile no portability is done before clearing the balance. Or go to appellate authority in telecom network.
