    Not solve this problem, Yono lite app cheated. Sbi told recharge success but Bsnl told it is may be failed. It is also a great example of digital transaction.

    @TechFactsRafee my primary number is BSNL since 2003. no customer service expected from them but then many people there surprised me since then including recent times when someone from the office asked me to collect a security refund cheque - never heard this from any private player.

    @BSNLCorporate Hanging on to BSNL from 5 yrs problem call them with in 24 Hrs they are their. If urgent go to nearest office they solve it. No network problem hardly any.
