    Why ppl don’t use @BSNLCorporate - The office people bluntly deny of services which are mentioned on site I was sent to a third party installation service when I approached BSNL for new fibre connection and they are asking me fixed cash charges with no breakup!! #patheticservice

    @Rajendra195401 @NagendraKuMoha2 @narendramodi Not completely true it was we who took Jio . I have been using Airtel when it 1GB cost 250 rs now cost is low. Bsnl was never promoted by old govt as well it become a big bag of loan burden.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate BSNL fiber LL and BB fiber for down since past 1 hour. 08-Jun-21 , at 15:40 Hrs . Complaint booked docket no SMS not dispensed. Very unstable Land Line and Broadband connection for past 1 week. See DM. bad service and customer problem resolution.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @BSNL_AS such horrible service BSNL has. Try using your own self care portal. It really needs care, a good programming team and user experience designer. Please try upgrading your own fiber plan - trust me, you won't be able to do it (1/n)

    @raghuynt @ndtv BSNL has destroyed itself. They have poor connectivity, services. When other companies are talking about 5G they are still upgrading their 4G.
