  @neopalmtree01 @bsnl_care It was horrible. The service is very bad. The local BSNL office was very good with the new connection. They gave me an up-and-running 5G sim in less than 1 hour. ce. And I don't like slow internet. I have a gigabit fibre in my home since 2020

  @SidharthKourav My bsnl gives better network speed than jio 5g, Vi also gives better speed compared to Airtel/jio in my area. Can't tell much about call because i rarely receive any call.

  @rkb97official Dear Sir/Ma'am, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand the serious concern regarding BSNL mobile towers constructed in Dasapalla block, including Dugudi and Kalasakhman areas, remaining non-functional despite being installed several years ago, resulting in poor or no mobile connectivity for residents. We also understand the reported concerns regarding equipment damage/theft and the difficulties faced by residents during emergencies. The matter requires verification by the concerned field team so that the tower infrastructure and equipment status can be checked and necessary action can be taken to make the sites operational.   Bsnl prepaid , 319.00 was 75 days earlier, by and by NEW IDEA SIR JI, REDUCE TIME, DON'T INCREASE MONEY. NOW IT STANDS AT ONLY 60 DAYS, 2 MONTHS AGO IT WAS 65 DAYS. net is 10gb but that too doesn't work smoothly. What an idea, sir ji !

  @trramesh @JioCare #Jio don’t care about customers. Worst customer experience. My experience with Jio is very bad. I am thinking of returning to @BSNLCorporate. BSNL has good customer support.

  @SidharthKourav If Vi genuinely wanted to save the company, it should have offered cheaper and more attractive plans so that users from Jio and Airtel would have an incentive to switch to Vi. BSNL has understood this strategy and is offering affordable plans, but its biggest problem is network coverage and service quality

  @Nitesh805181 Everyone should have a BSNL SIM as a secondary network; who knows if these private entities squeeze your pockets and make you a beggar by changing their recharge plans.
