@BSNLCorporate why bsnl mobile is unable to receive OTP FROM Airtel,jio ,vi since last month... I have gone to replace my sim .in which my alternate number was bsnl but bsnl was unable to receive OTP from either of the above operator . Kindly fix it ASAP

@bsnl_tt I am using Bsnl broadband since 8 months now in Doolapally 500055. The service is pathetic. Your executives do not visit. Even on repeated calls they don't come to visit the site. I am going to change to pvt player soon. @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

@needumjan @BSNLCorporate Jiofiber is far far far better.. don't go for BSNL.. BSNL is not giving my security money back.. i have disconnected BSNL service in October 2020 since then they have been saying that money is on the way to my savings account...

Sir I have inform about my problem with BSNL 1st time by tweet on 3-12-2022,your office forwarded my twitter to BSNL,but up to two month BSNL was not serious about my problem,than again 2nd time I tweeted to your office on 10 Feb.2023,your office imidiatley instruct to BSNL.
