Vi has superior service due to less congestion, but I don't get the fact that they could have simply reduced 30-40 Rupees and make the existing plans more affordable to attract customers. One use for this is in farmhouses. My cousin lives on the border of HP and Haryana, doesn't even get BSNL cell signal, forget about regular power.
