    @BSNL_TN No proper response from BSNL office about a month.Landline hasn't working. I have complaint about this to toll free number and to local bsnl office and even I visited directly to there. But till, waste of time and waste of everything... #BSNL_waste @BSNL_TN

    @KatariyaPran Govt should work and focus on govt companies, small business instead of large pvt companies. BSNL, MTNL etc many govt companies gone due to poor govt.

    @BSNL_HP Today I m forwarding a complaint regarding my bill. I HV disconnected yupp tv on 31st Aug 2022 but everytime during bill generation Rs 129 is being added in my ftth bill Last month in Dec 2022 with the help of local bsnl employees my bill was adjusted .01893241391 my no.

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL is dead. Shirkers from top to bottom. Least bothered about customers. 72 hrs and counting no resolution of problem. I think consumer court is the only option left for the customers. These freeloaders don't want to work at all.Big shame

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL’s LANDLINE complaint booking service 198 is NOT WORKING. After entering the STD code and confirming using OPTION 1 your message says “This Service Is Currently Not Available”. As this is not working, Which OTHER BSNL SERVICE can we use to file complaint?

    @_swanand @ViCustomerCare Oh very lucky. At South #vi we don’t have any features,no - 4G indoor coverage, volte, Vowifi, esim for prepaid/watches, MCA,Caller tunes & no updates on 5g. But charges are at par with other operators, even BSNL is cheaper than #vi network but provide very good 2G service.
