  @BSNL_TN No proper response from BSNL office about a month.Landline hasn't working. I have complaint about this to toll free number and to local bsnl office and even I visited directly to there. But till, waste of time and waste of everything... #BSNL_waste @BSNL_TN

  @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL FREE SIM ? Very very unprofessional =BSNL I am 25 years old customer of MTNL/BSNL from DELHI; MTNL has transferred shifted to BSNL. But customer service has become very very bad after BSNL taken over. Unable to lodge complaint to 18004444, NO RECORD AVAILABLE WITH BSNL.

  this is after both these companies reported more than 7500Cr net profits last quarter, killed off bsnl but still use public funds for it, killed off idea just to keep the worst company oat floating in gold
