@BSNL_TN No proper response from BSNL office about a month.Landline hasn't working. I have complaint about this to toll free number and to local bsnl office and even I visited directly to there. But till, waste of time and waste of everything... #BSNL_waste @BSNL_TN

I am complaining for 3 days to start my internet service but none turned up till now. How bsnl look after of its customers. Shame on bsnl employees for not resolving problem.

@CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate poor network of bsnl ruins my study every day. Though there is BSNL 4G in my area but in a day network fluctuates many time a day. Please do something to secure your remaining user base otharwise i look other options.

I thought bsnl fiber net will work fine then old bsnl telephone line connection. But From yesterday night phone and ftth net is down. First of all this is my 1st month of net connect which i got 6 days late after billing date started and now month also not completed and net down.

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate FTTH down in our area since last 3 days and no response or commn from bsnl end. Vendor says u/g cable cut issue, BSNL is no different from local cable/net vendors as cables have been laid haphazardly resulting in such issues

@BSNL_TN @cgm_mh_bsnl I requested to change name holder at 12/03/2021 in bsnl office Rameswaram (TN). But request is not proccessed. This is the reason why people changing from bsnl to other. Higher authority also behaving same. Worst experience in bsnl

@CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate is there no responsibility of bsnl officers and employees to provide atleast network in costumers phone? In saraimeera kannauj area of up east no network coverage since 2 days. Please atleast have some sense of responsibility.
