    @TelecomTalk They should make a proposal to cancel validity in data packs even in bsnl validity is there..can't afford to recharge for 300 again if the cheapest 8gb data gets over..

    @bsnl_care Dear BSNL Care, ticket creation is noted, but the connection remains down for 2 months. Kindly provide a clear timeline for resolution and the exact process being followed. This is an LPG agency line affecting consumers. Docket D1612137362362. Urgent action required.

    Rs. 3 lac crore infused to BSNL and again 28473 cr budgeted for infusion all public money but still BSNL is highly lethargic in customer service. They themselves telling BSNL subscriber to move out of BSNL when we make a complaint. @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

    @Pallab924660059 As per the Netmonster screenshot BSNL Band 3 aka 1800 MHz showing in neighbouring cells have good signal ( RSRP [-91 dBm]) compared to registered cell Band 28 aka 700 MHz (RSRP [-102 dBm]).

    @ACTFibernet What's wrong with ACT broadband? Most of the time I have issues. It stopped working today and it has been 1 hour still down We are paying full amount so expecting full service, now a day ACT has become like BSNL, most of the time down.

    @Hiten_joshi1987 @premkumarcbn01 Never justify haramkhori by govt servants. U R paying their salary. In pvt sector 1 must deposit the phone in locker. Let important calls come on postmaster's landline bsnl phone. He will call the employee & put another in his place temporarily so that citizens are not troubled.
