Situation is bad since months and getting worse day by day. Telecom Connectivity is a very basic necessity. Please look into this.

Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it . Please resolve this issue immediately.

For a whole year-no propr calls, no OTPs, barely any internet. Complaints wnt nowhere. Finally switchd prviders, and d differnce is huge. Shuld’ve done it sooner. #bsnlIsShit
