Situation is bad since months and getting worse day by day. Telecom Connectivity is a very basic necessity. Please look into this.

The state delivers corrupt, inefficient, ill designed products/solutions. I'd never go to a govt hospital. I'll never use BSNL. I'd rather use helicopter than drive on Indian roads.

For basic information about your own offer, you’re asking customers to visit a CSC instead of providing a simple answer. If customer care has no information about an advertised offer, that shows serious incompetence.

BSNL has understood this strategy and is offering affordable plans, but its biggest problem is network coverage and service quality
