@BSNL_UKD Internet down for last two days in Tapovan, Rishikesh area. Services not provided should be compensated for. No answer from concerned lineman or bsnl representative. Please improve your services by acting fast enough. We can't even make online complaints as its closed.

@BSNL_UKD No response , no services, no reply, no contact,. Bsnl ko bandh kar do. Privatize kar do. You guys cannot work properly. No work ethics. You close it for good. Horrible services and worst man power. Refund my money for this month. @BSNLCorporate

I am very disappointed with Jio mobile network in Uttarakhand @reliancejio it's very poor although every telecom company straggling to provide good mobile services. @ideacellular @bsnl @airtel

How much is a connection fee for BSNL fibre internet? Someone in Rishikesh wants to charge me 6,000 rs, which seems exorbitant. The service is already here in our society, my neighbours have it. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UKD

@ThePollLady BSNL is not just one white elephant - it's a whole herd of white elephants. It's impossible to revive BSNL unless it operates like a Private service provider. Till it operates as is today - nothing is going to change. The babus will keep drawing their hefty salaries & allowances.

@Telecomcritic Would you know why BSNL incurring losses?? 1).No major investment since 2009,GoI created roadblocks to purchase any new equipments..hence depreciation @ 5500cr+ every year 2).BSNL has to upkeep network/exchanges in unviable/losses area( total 35000+ exchanges all over India)

@BSNLCorporate Ironically, my local BSNL agency has closed the docket (16598846322) on 23rd August without even trying to fix the cable-fault. On a telephonic inquiry by an executive of DUMDUM telephone exchange, the BSNL agency made another false assurance. They just do nothing about it.

@BSNLwarriors123 Do you know that, GoI has never infused this much bailout package for any PSU? How much last mile fiberisation was done till now? Why bsnl is not market leader in ftth, even when there are no restrictions? Why bsnl engineers are not able to develop competitive apps?
