@BSNL_GJ I have completed process of porting my Vodafone number to BSNL at your Vastrapur Ahmedabad office on Friday, paid Rs 50 for SIM & Rs 397 in cash for recharge. Till day my sim isn’t activated & I donor get signal saying “Sim closed”. Why I don’t get service I paid for ?

@BSNL_KTK from my house BSNL exchange office with tower is there within the range of 1km, But we are not able to make use of your service either for calls or data service sir. I’m staying in Anekal town, Bangalore city is very close to us.

@BSNLCorporate 2. Seems the Outsourced contractors lobby is too strong for BSNL to handle. Or else the contractors want users to be demotivated from taking BSNL FFTH connection. I have been a BSNL customer for 14 years now in form of post paid, broad band, WiMAX and FFTH. Never seen such thing
