    I think those who maintain the Tower of BSNL hardly makes the Diseal generator functional which impacts the network. Now i request you to fix the problem and also give me the 8 days pack validity. Patharighat Pin - 784144 City- Mangaldai Darrang,Assam

    @AshwiniVaishnaw My phone in State Capital Gandhinagar 079-23260611 is dead since 3 months. When I register complaint on 198, within an hour I get sms that "Our field staff has reported the problem as resolved" when even no one has visited my home. Isn't it Shame on the BSNL SIR ?

    @BSNLCorporate Why can't it be changed through online mode ? When will BSNL develope it's software infrastructure ? We are not living in 2002 where we used to visit telephone exchange for every problem. Things should be digitalised ASAP. Pathetic service. @BSNLJHARKHAND

    @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate facing network problems in my area as when the electricity of the area is gone,there is no signal at all..the bsnl tower signal vanishes when there is power cut in the area. nearest bsnl tower is in mataur(near sector 71 Mohali-160071).kindly resolve.

    @BSNLCorporate It's been 8 days I am facing problem from BSNL mobile service.Actually I am using BSNL prepaid,but whenever electricity goes down near BSNL network area then internet service goes down with network.

    @VPremShanker @TheFederal_in 4G has come ? Not sure ,always struggling for network in Voda, cellone,BSNL FTH. I think they should work of 4 G first then decide further.

    @cgm_mh_bsnl Sir, I am postpaid consumer of BSNL. 9422460579 is my registered mobile number to IPPB account. Some time need to call customer care number of IPPB 155299. But bsnl do not allow me replies do not have facility. What could I do. No other way to call IPPB .Help me.

    @NikhilR27598076 @PMOIndia @narendramodi ye toh kuch nahi haiu.. BSNL provides a lease line to JIO(Ambani, Gujrati) dedicated for banks' ATMs . And the surprise is that 24x7 support by BSNL is ensured by top management. Still, BSNL cannot provide bandwidth due to restricted Band With Usage by GOI. All this to loot PSUs

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia Lol its the 3rd time now the entire services of BSNL are down in the last 10 days,only coz you don't have any backup plan.We r not even getting OTP due to no network. Plz have some backup plan. @TRAI what action taking on govt company for such services
