@brotherindia Customer Care Numbers are Totally Useless After 8 to 10 times Call No Communication done and every time 6-7 minutes Hold 1-800-222-422 (For MTNL and BSNL users) 1-800-209-8904 (For Others and all Mobiles) i want to Talk to Customer Care Executive ,have u any Possibility ?

I am having a mobile 5G connectivity through Airtel. I am in Mumbai on holiday. I am getting 4G and sometimes 4g+. I have taken and paying for 5G . BSNL is giving 4G .What is Airtel problem. Jio is giving 5G. If you cannot give 5G, inform us. @ai

@jerrry_03 @yabhishekhd @bhulani_anjan Hi Jerry, I share the same area as yours. Don't expect 4G in Delhi. BSNL's provides services in Delhi with infrastructure and network of MTNL but operated and managed by BSNL Haryana Circle. And MTNL is a 3G Only network as of now. #BSNLDelhi

@BSNLCorporate why release 5g sim when 4g itself never works properly? Frequent network drops with no signal, and from the time I purchased this sim data browsing is close to none.. Tickets raised in bsnl app are getting closed without resolution or confirmation from my end.

Hello @JioCare My Jio fibre stopped working today since 8:40 am. after raising a complaint (SR00002GJO42) you provided me with a Service Engineer Slot 1-2 pm today. No one has visited yet to resolve the issue. Nowadays your service has become like BSNL. Pls take your dabba.

@PCMohanMP I also won't get mobile network from home, I will also come out to get signals!! This is all because of Modi Ambani Jio connection BSNL and other providers went away!! 😭🥺
