But BBNL lacked field staff, customer-facing systems, or day-to-day maintenance machinery. This is why the Cabinet approved merging BBNL into BSNL in 2022.

    @BSNL_GJ I just port my number to bsnl 1 week ago there are network issues. The network tower shows full but when I call some one the call gets disconnected and unable to receive any calls please solve the issues

    Hello BSNL Mera March & June ka regular bill se extra bill aaya hai, customer care wale mujhe hi blame kar rahe hai I have subscribe anything jab ki mai time par bill payment karta hu and nothing I have to do.Regular monthly payment karta hoon. @BSNLCorporate @TRAI
