@bsnl_care @BSNL_AS sir take action on network team of Nagaon. They don't take customer problem strictly. I request BSNL Assam region marketing and sales team if u don't have network u will not get customer. Work on network issue and customers problem should be given fast response

@senyora2025 Too simplistic description of the problem - lacks depth understanding as he is not an expert on this subject. His suggestion to merge VI and BSNL is a faulty solution as history is a testimony and govt cannot run business and this will pave way to duopoly anyways.

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Madarcho** when my issue will resolve? I am unable to make payment because either OTP is not receiving or too much delay in receiving OTP. I made a blunder mistake of opting for bsnl service. Not even single good thing about bsnl.

Another problem I am facing with BSNL is that when I call anyone, sometimes the call does not get connected and gets disconnected. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BIHAR Voice over LTE is not available on BSNL in bihar Bhagalpur

I ported my ph no from bsnl to jio, Since then i was unable to restore my upi acct. I removed and installed fresh copy of mobiwik app from playstore many times but it doesn't worked. Infact, today i de-registered upi and tried to setup upi but it failed again. Help @MobiKwikSWAT
