    @BSNL_AS ...hello sir... i have purchased a 5ghz supported ONT Device.... currently the provided ont device have only 2.4ghz support....will i have to just put the fiber optical cable to the new one or contact the nearest BSNL Office....????

    @BSNL_GJ Sir My location at Changodar in Ahmedabad(Gujarat). bsnl's network is closed for 13 days due to burning of feeder cable. Even after complaining the problem is not resolved.

    Again today, the internet network has gone for all my mobile numbers of bsnl... Why should anyone trust you @BSNLCorporate Isn't it your responsibility to provide good internet.. Perhaps i am borrowing JIO hotspot and writting this message.. Do something @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH

    What the wrong with BSNL! Again I lost Internet connectivity for more than 2 hours. Previously it happened on the 5th & connectivity was restored on the 11th. which was unstable. It was ok on the 12th & 13th. But at 12:28 am today I face the same issue as earlier.

    @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl is surprising without landline reactivating complaint closed. No senoirs have control on the owner of bsnl Mr. Kulkarni.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare Its so unfortunate that I cannot exceed 80 kbps(on 4g) on your network, such a dumb network. Pure useless network even worse than BSNL.

    @BSNL_OR Fibre offline since morning , No network since morning. Location - Tikiri, Dist - Rayagada Reason - No power at BSNL exchange , From local sources - disconnected power due to no payment of electricty bill. Why customer shoud suffer due to negligence of BSNl.

    @BSNLCorporate Here in Ulhasnagar, BSNL is not giving migration option from existing landline to Bharat Fiber, as per officials, currently they don't have equipments to migrate the service. Kindly look into this and help. Awaiting for a positive and quick response.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir My Aunty has lost her phone on 27.09.2021. She was using Bsnl Number 9818937769. She has registered GD in local police station for duplicate Phone number. Local vender provide BSNLsim in October but Sim still not activated.Plz help

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL selfcare app is not showing my own profile details with Current plan, data balance etc. Kindly look into this. Already mailed to the developer, who is not solving my issue.
