We are a non-profit school & one of the oldest BSNL customers (20+ yrs). Our Wi-Fi router has stopped working. Replacement cost ₹1700–1800 is difficult for an NPO. Request @BSNL_Kolkata @BSNL_WB to kindly support or provide concession for students’ education.

At least now, BSNL users who don’t want to buy another SIM card may finally notice better call quality. BSNL has launched Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) across India, which means calls and SMS can work through Wi-Fi instead of mobile signal.

@sanjaybafna The problem is they just don't have enough towers. I am porting our of BSNL because the government is not really interested to fix it. No improvement.

@ThoughtPower1 1985? U mean 40 yrs after rule of dt crooked family?? My dad would tell me horror stories of how bsnl under dt family would treat customers...dt was before he bought mobile phone in early 2000s.

@TelecomTalk No..Never.....my handset supports VoWiFi... However I'm still waiting.... It's an enterprise of worthless people... BSNL has mastery only in docket games with customers. BSNL generates a docket & closes it without any update. Is it good for today's time....

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 When will BSNL introduce 5g services? If we get consistent 4g at least, in cities like Bengaluru, it helps. 3g is comparatively quite slow.

@rvarathan @ramprasad_c @MuthuRamamoorth My father surrendered the bsnl landline connection 10 years back, but he never got back the security deposit. The amount was around ₹3000, it was more than half of his monthly salary in the year 1998. He went a few times to the bsnl office, but staff said they have no money.
