    @BSNLCorporate Tried Calling TPA but no help. Please downgrade the plan or allow from selfcare portal for downgrade to Bsnl Superstar premium -1 plan @749 per month. SERVICE ID: 0832-2992006, BILLING ACCOUNT : 1026673378.

    @indian_nita Am one happy customer with BSNL, since i know when it gone fault how and were to reach for solution! But not all has such patients to handle things!
