    @DoT_India I am broad band subs since long paying the price to opt bsnl for the last 1yr never got good quality of service say very poor service complained several times but of no use relief for 1-2days should i discard bsnl 06272258252

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Don't say sorry we the customer are sorry to opt bsnl all these yrs. Even after 4-5days no change. Router shows net but no net. U people reuind bsnl better ask official to refund money enough is enough@PMOIndia

    I request everyone to not to use @BSNL_BR network. Otherwise half of their life will be wated in talking with customer executives. #bsnlwifi #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Ported into BSNL from Vi , previous network services are deactivated, inserted BSNL sim in morning and tried everything - restarting phone, flight mode , changing sim location but still sim showing NO SERVICE . Kindly help

    @BSNLCorporate Still 1. VoLTE does not work while Roaming. 2. Still no LTE Carrier aggregation. 3. Still the network suddenly falls back from 4G to 3G and does not go back to 4G, unless manually forced to 4G. 4. Still BSNL Wifi Calling does not work on most of the handset. @JM_Scindia

    @bsnl_care Physical server's located at Kerala. BSNL office can't do anything. Chennai, Delhi Servers network administration has to answer. It's proxy interception by US registered IP 206.1.36.91 Metroset. Kolkata started this. Now everywhere hijacking DNS. @TRAI @DoT_India /11

    @BSNLCorporate The condition of BSNL SIM cards in the Banaigarh area is so bad that when you call NO ring. Even when the call is connected, the voice crackles so much that you can't talk. The internet also doesn't work properly. What kind of system do these people have?
