    @DoT_India I am broad band subs since long paying the price to opt bsnl for the last 1yr never got good quality of service say very poor service complained several times but of no use relief for 1-2days should i discard bsnl 06272258252

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Don't say sorry we the customer are sorry to opt bsnl all these yrs. Even after 4-5days no change. Router shows net but no net. U people reuind bsnl better ask official to refund money enough is enough@PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe i am unable to Port my number 9696404659 from Bsnl to other. Sending sms to 1900 but getting failed. Customer care is also not supporting. What cheap trick bsnl is playing for retention? How u people can violate guidelines of TRAI?

    Also, the problem has been addressed to BSNL India and BSNL Odisha through previous tweets. This reflects very poorly on the existing infrastructure and efficiency of the workforce.

    9 days have gone & contractor still refuses to fix BSNL damaged fiber - which is lying on the ground. Total anarchy as no one is ready to take a stance. Digital India can't happen when corrupt & incompetent officers are holding imp positions @rtimuzaffar @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernetHYD Kudos to ACT Hyderabad for beating BSNL in customer dis-satisfaction. My broadband line is down for almost 2 days now, and your team is not bothered to fix it (nor inform the customer if there is a serious issue).
