@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Don't say sorry we the customer are sorry to opt bsnl all these yrs. Even after 4-5days no change. Router shows net but no net. U people reuind bsnl better ask official to refund money enough is enough@PMOIndia

@DoT_India I am broad band subs since long paying the price to opt bsnl for the last 1yr never got good quality of service say very poor service complained several times but of no use relief for 1-2days should i discard bsnl 06272258252

@narayananh Most people wouldn't have even heard of this place called kookal in kodai. The people there get only 1-2 buses per day after walking many kms. There was zero signal in Airtel but a local person gave me his BSNL phone for a call with full signal

@BSNLCorporate you guys are **** as so as your service. I am bsnl ftth customer. In my pincode 284405 out of 24 hrs only 10-12 hrs internet is live and other hrs it shows no internet connection

@kap_bee Possible. The strategy has never been to fix the root cause. Despite it has just been to revive the unit through funds. At first place, @MIB_India @FinMinIndia must fix those factors, which have put #BSNL in poor state.

@ursdpm @gurubhootharaj I never said YOU but the people running the organisation. GOI has a defined policy on privatisation and they are selling lot of profit making companies too because they are not critical. Where as Communication is a critical area per the policy and they want BSNL to exist.
