@DoT_India I am broad band subs since long paying the price to opt bsnl for the last 1yr never got good quality of service say very poor service complained several times but of no use relief for 1-2days should i discard bsnl 06272258252

@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Don't say sorry we the customer are sorry to opt bsnl all these yrs. Even after 4-5days no change. Router shows net but no net. U people reuind bsnl better ask official to refund money enough is enough@PMOIndia

@DoT_India I have BSNL FTTH 799 Plan (01592-295041) and according to plan I should get 100 mbps speed, where as I am getting 50-60 mbps only. SDO, Jhunjhunu contacted, router changed, but nothing improved. Kindly resolve issue. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ

@BSNLCorporate why bsnl persistent to maintain its ill image?_i bought fiber connection of 100mbps but i oftenly get 30-40mbps and sometimes net stops for hours_customer care dont pick calls or reply to messages_looking forward to switch_my very bad decision to get this

@Jitendraqa Sir, as already informed there is no BSNL tower nearby the location of the customer. New tower in Baliyana area is already proposed subject to availabilty of eqpt & infra, but it may take 1-2 years time.Regards
