    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India Don't say sorry we the customer are sorry to opt bsnl all these yrs. Even after 4-5days no change. Router shows net but no net. U people reuind bsnl better ask official to refund money enough is enough@PMOIndia

    @DoT_India I am broad band subs since long paying the price to opt bsnl for the last 1yr never got good quality of service say very poor service complained several times but of no use relief for 1-2days should i discard bsnl 06272258252

    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care bsnl internet is often showing issues for the past 10 days. Why am I getting LOS and WAN alert loss for the past 10 days. It's unstable and it is impacting our work placed in Chennai. I want a permanent fix to this problem

    @bsnl_care I recharged my number for rupees 147 on 26/08/2025 through a third-party app but didn't update balance in my BSNL app although it was a successful recharge. Haven't received my refund back as 23 days have been passed. Please help.! @TRAI

    @bsnl_ap_circle You 1st be responsible for down time and proper service provider then promot your business.From last 20days my down but your peoples are giving only execution but don't know what they r doing or not. Other ISP was also down but after 4-5days that all are up. Then why not BSNL??

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst network in konthamuru, rajahmundry rural , East godavari , dist . My number is 9490873660. When I was in Bsnl calls are dropped. After MNP in Airtel now incoming calls also can't received #Airtel #worstnetwork

    CAG revealed in April25 report that BSNL failed to bill Jio for ₹1,757.56 crore over a 10year period from 2014-24. This was due to BSNL not enforcing billing terms in their Master Service Agrmnt for sharing infrastructure (towers and fiber) GOVT incurred this as a financial loss
