    @BSNL_MH I am from Pune, my landline no. is 02026811150, my landline is dead & so is Broadband, the frequency of disruption is so regular that seriously thinking to exit BSNL, being a loyal customer feel very bad for BSNL.

    @flybywire0825 @shukla_tarun @VodafoneIN Hi , Jio works well in both cities . Calls are best but data is so damn slow that it feels BSNL was better in data.

    @BSNLCorporate While revival plan of BSNL is awaited from FM, revival of good service is not even in Horizon, just 14 min. Back recharged with validity extension with ,₹74/- and rang up 1503 for clarification, and holding to be answered , and I get a message my balance is just

    Revival of BSNL is a welcome one, but revival of customer friendly by BSNL will be more welcome. Even DM are not even acknowledged, nor customer care answers the call

    @ChandrusWeb That is why Government has no business to be in business! It can survive in monopoly only but once doors are open, internal thieves will run away with loot. So better to close down at right time (some decades back for BSNL) than when nothing left.

    Your issue will never be resolved, better get a broadband connection and a landline connection (may be BSNL), all service providers are trying to push us back to old days.

    @BSNLCorporate Nothing has been resolved... I got call from bsnl representative of Amravati, Maharashtra "Milind_Bansod".. As discussed with him, Service provider was mis guided me at every step. I have 6500 rs. at the time of joining fiber. 3000 installation charges and 3500 for router.

    @ikaveri Depends where it is being used. When I travel, network availability of MTNL / BSNL is very good. The same MTNL has zero signal at my place of work.

    And no one listing us. It is very difficult for us to do WFH, in such a bad internet connectivity from BSNL just because they do not have power backups.

    @BSNLCorporate if your not capable of providing good service or solution then do not sell your sim Card in that area. Atleast the dolphin network works little bit but BSNL and Cellone 3g doesn't even work, nither indoor nor outdoor shows exclamation mark....
