    @BSNLCorporate it is highly regretted nothing works with BSNL, makes to believe what state minister of communication observation, many traitors are in BSNL. None of my efforts yield ant response. Either the customer care assistants don't know how to solve the problem or not

    @BSNL broadband is down one more time as it does every day without fail. The reason is @dhanorie exchange in pune doesn’t have power backup. I wonder if this is intentional to sabotage its image and promote other vendors. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @aajtak @ZeeNews

    Interested. Since 14/8/2020 my complaints are pending,no one knows the fate ,except receiving docket no. No action. Below text received "Dear Customer, thank you for calling BSNL, your Docket No is 4H1431527634." atleast will you now sort the problem.

    It is been last 24 days complaint has be registered with BSNL landline, but no reply and there are expections from society to use bsnl. Big irony!! The people at customer service center don't receive calls. Worst customer service. Kondhwa Pune @rsprasad @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @KeralaTelecom Reform yourself. Get lean first so that you can run and compete. Cure your fatty lever so that you can survive. I was BSNL life time customer but today I am using cables. BSNL failed to connect my society.

    @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad My father has been going to the bsnl office trying to get help in these heavy rains and pandemic situation. Yet no one bothers to help fix my phone and Internet. Is @BSNLCorporate going to help get my line fixed? I have provided all the info to you twice.

    Why only BSNL, it is normal with every government institute. Police, post offices, income tax,hospitals, municipal offices. Account in #sbin = harassment of customer.

    @advsanjoy @nlasl18 Hiring advocates? Want private doctors to survive but no privatisation. We literally had to beg BSNL to fix a problem. You apply for Telephones it will take years. It was a luxury. This is how they made us to feel.

    IF GOVT IS UNABLE TO RUN. BSNL MAY SELL TO ANY PRIVATE PARTIES. BUT DO NOT HASSLE THE CUSTOMERS. SINCE LAST 7+ DAYS THE SERVICE IS VERY POOR( MOBILE).
