    @BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

    or digging carefully by not breaking the cable. I am not sure where is your self respect gone when compared to other ISP's like Airtel , Jio whose lines are never broken by road construction people. WHY ONLY BSNL ? Is BSNL favorite for cutting Fibre lines? @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

    I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, we have taken bsnl broadband wifi connection, it is getting worse since yesterday and the net is not running, which we had complained yesterday, which has not been resolved yet, in this modern era, the service of bsnl is very poor.

    @CGM_WB_BSNL resigned from GMT Kharagpur, WBTC BSNL office in August 2020 and gratuity amount not settled till now.....If BSNL can't do justice with his ex-employee then customer should not expect anything from BSNL.....

    @BSNLCorporate Spoke to JTO according to him the GBT'S landlord is not allowing to restore the 3G site for the last 1 year despite all dues are cleared and misbehaving with the technical team when ever they visits there, now BSNL should take strong legal steps to fix the issue at earliest

    BSNL fiber LL and BB fiber for 080 2950XXXX down since past 1 hour (6:25 PM) today 18/03. Complaint docket no is 125388114392. bad service and customer problem resolution @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate @BsnlCmd will watch for 1 month. If no improvements. I will disconnect
