    @BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

    I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

    work. But my questions is even if they snap / cut the cable in between Khed and Chiplun why don't your authority meet up with the Mumbai Goa highway road authoritty to highlight the issue and loss they cause to BSNL when they do their work, also ask them to do the excavation

    or digging carefully by not breaking the cable. I am not sure where is your self respect gone when compared to other ISP's like Airtel , Jio whose lines are never broken by road construction people. WHY ONLY BSNL ? Is BSNL favorite for cutting Fibre lines? @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

    @CMDBSNL @cgm_mh_bsnl @BSNL_MH Dear BSNL MH I have received several messages from BSNL about winning Google Nest device but never received it. Not sure what the message from recognised BSNL Channel means?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_UPE I accidentally did two recharges on my BSNL number. Need a refund for the first wrong recharge. I Called ​Customer care 1503 disconnects after 10 mins of waiting. Done 3 times already. No help. Please solve this issue

    @bsnl_care My father, a long-time BSNL subscriber, is experiencing intermittent network outages and poor signal stability. He is sometimes unable to initiate outgoing calls, and there are frequent call drops during active conversations. Kindly investigate and resolve this issue at the earliest.
