I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

But my questions is even if they snap / cut the cable in between Khed and Chiplun why don't your authority meet up with the Mumbai Goa highway road authoritty to highlight the issue and loss they cause to BSNL when they do their work, also ask them to do the excavation

If you can't install new towers, then do tower sharing. The last thing is to increase the number of towers. @BSNLCorporate
