I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

@BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

work. But my questions is even if they snap / cut the cable in between Khed and Chiplun why don't your authority meet up with the Mumbai Goa highway road authoritty to highlight the issue and loss they cause to BSNL when they do their work, also ask them to do the excavation

or digging carefully by not breaking the cable. I am not sure where is your self respect gone when compared to other ISP's like Airtel , Jio whose lines are never broken by road construction people. WHY ONLY BSNL ? Is BSNL favorite for cutting Fibre lines? @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

The only reason for @BSNLCorporate downfall is their employees and slow working environment eith no accountability. I have registered for bsnl broadband/airbibre many times for my home (Village) in Meerut district but no one ever contacted me.@BSNL_West_UP @CMOfficeUP

Still no solution. My BSNL net is not working past 5 days & till now no solution has been provided. Recharged it with unlimited pack on 16 June 2021 but worked for 12 days n then shutted & recharged today by 598 still network not working.why?😡😡@Bsnl_India @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_PB Everyone is going online and You(BSNL) is suggesting to visit CSC. Let me tell you that BSNL Customer service is very poor and they lack knowledge on troubleshooting problems. After lot of bad experience I hv stopped calling BSNL CSC as it was just waste of time

@_RahulKrishna @BSNLCorporate I had a BSNL broadband connection and for 3 months I paid the fee without using it and sometimes just using few GB of data for 5-6 days. After calling the support so many times, solution was not found. Finally I applied for removing the connection.

@sandi61787510 @RaniSahni2 I'm talking about 10yrs back. Also, till two yrs back most of the BSNL Internet services on land line use to break down again n again. And resolving it use to take 4-5days. In modern times do expect us to relay on this service?

@BSNL_GJ My landline is dead since past 19 days. Registered 3 complaints so far on your customer care support (details in next tweets). Complaints are closed without taking any action at all. Followed up with the local BSNL office personal, they give lame excuses and do nothing.
