work. But my questions is even if they snap / cut the cable in between Khed and Chiplun why don't your authority meet up with the Mumbai Goa highway road authoritty to highlight the issue and loss they cause to BSNL when they do their work, also ask them to do the excavation

or digging carefully by not breaking the cable. I am not sure where is your self respect gone when compared to other ISP's like Airtel , Jio whose lines are never broken by road construction people. WHY ONLY BSNL ? Is BSNL favorite for cutting Fibre lines? @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

@BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

@TelecomTalk These dates provided by @AshwiniVaishnaw are not trustworthy. Because BSNL 4G launch has been postponed for a long time. They will say one date, if the same date is near they will say another date. It's a never ending story.

@BSNL_JKD once in a every month my BSNL broadband is showing LOS,can you can't fix it. From 23/10/22 my broadband service is not working. My no. Is 06572954813 can you fix this issue as soon as possible. Because customer care services is not able to solve this.

@BSNLCorporate This issue stands resolved as on 13 Oct 2022 - recharge is reflected in my BSNL number. A lot of people talk about the bad service of BSNL. If you say this in a public forum, most BSNL employees will be devastated and would counter this argument.

3/1. @Airtel_Presence So fast that even when I requested for call back on Airtel thanks app no one bothered for it and I liked it. Indian fastest and best growing network. BSNL is still better than yours @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw. Pathetic and poor services from Airtel.

This is very sad to post I have regular network issues from last couple of months and reported complaints 10-15 times to CC and regularly contacting to local vendor who is not at all responding properly,Our place Employees struggling a lot with regular network issues. #BSNL

At. Chausala village , post -Dapura , sub district -Manora, district-Washim , Maharashtra . I am Devendra Haribhau Ade from chausala, Washim Maharashtra in the village chausala there is no network of any company such as Reliance , Jio , BSNL , Airtel , Idea , Vodafone.

@BSNLCorporate They are in a different world, do not have access to any data, and are more interested in closing the issue and meeting the SLA with some random argument, without forwarding the complaint to BSNL staff for checking the facts. If you solve this problem, BSNL will reach new heights

I saw some add regarding BSNL broadband, then I thought we should go with BSNL Broadband, I installed broadband at 6/10/2022, previous 4 days service is not working, local provider misbehaving, not receiving call, I logged complaint but did not get any solution, pls help
