    @BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

    I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Area is Sausar disst chhindwara MP pin 480106 other operator work properly while BSNL is showing their lazyness and taking longer time to solve problems it's 4hr appx. but still problem is same no n/w available.

    @DoT_India My request is to waive off current bill and refund me according to my usage which I could not enjoy my quota of 3500 GB due to net issue. The connection was established for a 15 rooms hotel and it got failed just bcs of services by tehri Bsnl team

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM isn't getting connected to any mobile network in int'l roaming in Singapore. I've already tried all the steps on the website. Also recharged with Rs 279 for the same. Also tried the SIM in 4 different phones. Where do I share my number for you to check?

    @consumerforum_ how i can file complaint against the fiber connection provider bsnl? My internet is down for 6 months without any reason. Filed complaint multiple time no updates or issue resolution. Please provide some details thank you

    BSNL wasting my money bsnl service down in my aera max time but no proper solution but Sim ka plan time pr hi khatm hota hai ye 12 -12 hr service band kr k rakhte hai plz provide them skilled technicians so work will complete on time,

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir BSNL n/w is down in my area from 12 PM still showing no service plz improve ur services, due to no service ur customer facing lots of issues when BSNL understand our problems and work properly,Plz provide permanent solution.

    @DoT_India Thanks for noting the concern. 1) It's quite surprising that @BSNLCorporate NEVER issued GST-based e-receipt for online bill payment. 2) Many times no SMS for payment received and 3) If call BSNL customer care they ask to wait 2-3 days for payment to get updated in the system.
