  @BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

  I couldn't pay the money whatever franchise is asking for the FTTH connection.I raised my concern everywhere but there is no response.I am planning to look into some other service providers. Definitely BSNL is not going to take any action.@BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @Arappor

  @BSNLCorporate Its 7 days since my BSNL Postpaid no have no signal. Despite existing infrastructure your laxity in professionalism making persons disconnected wid their family who r in far flung adverse areas only to protect d country. Shameful.

  @ViCustomerCare Your network is the most useless, there is no network in some way and the speed of the net runs like 2G, now I will get ported in airtel 9455280956 I have got this number in vi and this is my number for bsnl

  Can I expect any solution on this? More than 75 people are using BSNL FTTH service here. Not even a single person is happy with the kind of fluctuations happening from bsnl. Do needful

  @PMOIndia all BSNL Vendor 3-4 Year not getting payment plz solve the vendors problems. Otherwise all vendor's one day attempt suside.

  @BSNLCorporate Why on earth there is no option to downgrade the BSNL Fibernet plan on Online platform... Why not provide proper service as all private player do.. give customers complete control as he is paying for that. I have been using fiber Premium plan for more then a year

  @BSNL_KTK @BsnlCmd @BSNLCorporate Bsnl people know to provide bill promptly, but to fix problems they are not prompt, why our government is paying salary to these people????
