    I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

    or digging carefully by not breaking the cable. I am not sure where is your self respect gone when compared to other ISP's like Airtel , Jio whose lines are never broken by road construction people. WHY ONLY BSNL ? Is BSNL favorite for cutting Fibre lines? @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

    work. But my questions is even if they snap / cut the cable in between Khed and Chiplun why don't your authority meet up with the Mumbai Goa highway road authoritty to highlight the issue and loss they cause to BSNL when they do their work, also ask them to do the excavation

    @BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 for the last 3 days and BSNL customer care officer is fooling me for the last 3 days. I am being told daily that you wait for 24 hours, after that your problem will be solved and then the next day the same thing

    See network… i have tried manual network setting… cant connect to Vi… nor getting BSNL network. If i get then it goes in few minutes. Why no action on bsnl for such a poor services? @narendramodi ji

    @AdityaRajKaul 13500 crore PKR is approx INR 4500-5000 Cr @grok Good that they sold it. I think in 2018 we sold HMT too. BSNL didn't got sold, it too needed budgetary support. I read ₹20k Cr per year was allocated to BSNL. It couldn't earn revenue to even pay salaries

    @AbhinavAgarwal reminds me of Lily tomlin's sketch: "we are the phone company. we don't care. we don't have to care". THAT is coming back with the Jio airtel duopoly even as BSNL was laid low and voda sucks wind.

    without giving complete information they cut the call and behave very rudely. If you have any SIM of the worst company in India, then that is BSNL. and its customer service #BSNLmp #BSNLcare #BSNLindia

    @Koioszz @Your_bigfann The owner of BSNL was poor at that time. The owner had no toilets, no water, no electricity for its people. BSNL was also not making any profits so as to fund its required infra. You might know the tech but you lack finance and costing knowledge.

    @bsnl_care @Officejmscindia there is no bsnl network in kalyan east-421306 and Ulhasnagar. I had already complaint but still not resolved.

    @BSNL_UPE Hi I'm getting frequently call drop issue after just one ring and bad network too on my BSNL mobile since last three to four weeks. Please look into this. I'm from Kanpur UTTAR PRADESH
