    I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

    @BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

    work. But my questions is even if they snap / cut the cable in between Khed and Chiplun why don't your authority meet up with the Mumbai Goa highway road authoritty to highlight the issue and loss they cause to BSNL when they do their work, also ask them to do the excavation

    or digging carefully by not breaking the cable. I am not sure where is your self respect gone when compared to other ISP's like Airtel , Jio whose lines are never broken by road construction people. WHY ONLY BSNL ? Is BSNL favorite for cutting Fibre lines? @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

    My bsnl land line number is 02172391525, I use broadband service of only bsnl. It is very difficult to reach bsnl customer care number. From yesterday broadband is not working. Is it because of my tweet ☺

    Why only #BSNL OFC is being cut in a interval of 3 days while other network ofc never, it shows laxity of bsnl staff towords there responsibility. Close the 1500 and 1503 helpline as they have 0 response rate #TalkToBSNLCGMOD @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare @JioCare again no response today as well and the service manager and technician are not picking up my calls, I am totally fed up. Please return back the money I will opt for bsnl. I have no hopes of getting the new connection.

    1 week passed but no follow up taken by bsnl. Same problem no internet when electricity gone and phone dead. Same response from twitter as well. Only assurance from bsnl but no work on ground. Will you see the matter

    @airtelindia I have ported my Airtel sim to BSNL and hasn't been activated even after 7 days. When I contacted BSNL customer care they asked to contact Airtel customer care. Pls address the same asap

    @BSNL_KOTD I have raised a customer complaint WBL/CO/2021/5920 - this is regarding my father's mobile number which is not working and as per BSNL office they can't locate it, please help to resolve this.
