    @BSNLCorporate I stay in remote village in districts Ratnagiri, where there is issue with Mobile Phone network. But BSNL helped me a lot and with help of BSNL Technical. Manager Mr. Swastik Chavan, My new phone line was activated, i can use BSNL telecom service

    I would like to tell you that here in Dapoli , Pin code 415712. I opted for BSNL Phoneline and FTTH due to good plans , but to my surprise the phone line is down for 10 times in a day , the reason is highway work is going on and thus they snap the cable whilst doing the highway

    @BSNL_MH @cgm_mh_bsnl I want 2 pay my ftth bill. Trying since 15 days. Ur online system isnt working. And u people r calling daily to remind. Now u have sent sms to discontinue service for unpaid bill. Now don't tell me 2 go 2 bsnl office 2 pay bill. Kindly improve. Ac 1026253317

    doesn't seem to be any progress on this front. Contrarily the @reliancejio network in my area/village has been upgraded to the 5G network on 16-Mar itself. But #BSNL neither has proper electricity back for their tower nor have upgraded to the 4G network. -- 2/3

    @BsnlCmd BSNL Broadband service has failed since23 march in Bihar due to server crash in kolkata no senior officer not able to told when restore the number kindly look the problem else many number to be cut due to poor service of bsnl which number has been suspended even afterPay

    Hi Team, It's very unfortunate in my country that BSNL India responding in twiter to provide the solution as earliest. But If a request coming from higher lader to local bsnl team & they will ignore, then to whom we will go to get sol. Since 1month I posted in cpgram. No result.

    BSNL asked me for all details and says, "it's MTNL area". Does it mean I must chuck my BSNL sim out and move off to other service providers 😡😡
