The customer care is even worst who disconnected my calls multiple times after making me wait for like hours for fetching details. Only solution from bsnl office is restart modem.

These two are the only ISP’s in town and one is too slow and the other one has given more subscriptions than their bandwidth can handle

I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.
