Problems with @airtelindia broadband: 1. Too low speed for a 100 mbps connection 2. 3 service disconnections in a month 3. Long service/resolution time BSNL 30 mbps works faster than this one. Thinking to change ISP @Airtel_Presence

@BSNLCorporate I am using bsnl broadband since last 7 months.but from last two months it's continuously not working, it gets down for 4 to 5 days of each week. Means near about 20 to 22 days of months it gets down,So why should I pay for a month ? Who is going to be responsible ?

@BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate at current I'm in Bihar for 7 days and the network of #BSNL sucks. That's the main reason why customers are leaving #BSNL. Hope I'll get rid of this no network issue.@AshwiniVaishnaw

@kekare_yashwant No there should not be increments, bcoz they are babus of working. In the #Darjeeling region for more than 15 days in a month #BSNL line do not work properly. We have raise every month complaint for the same issue. Called ALL HIGHLEVEL OFFICIALS STILL ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED.
