@AmitShah @narendramodi What a great disaster!!! Last 5-6 years, BSNL was pushed towards natural death. All BSNL landlines were thrown out of the window & mobile network, is having hardly any presence. BSNL didn’t even upgrade itself beyond 2G!! What makes d Govt to invest such a huge money!!

  • s_aadhavan Aadhavan S (@s_aadhavan) reported

BSNL & BBNL merger is also approved, this signifies that GoI is trying to cover Rural Population with 4G connectivity. Private Operators will be moving to 5G and later 6G, there would be a big vacuum for 4G services. Even today these private operators don't offer service in low

I support package of ₹ 1.64 lakh crores for BSNL revival ! And the reason is that Telecom is a very crucial sector and we do need a government company in this. Cannot be handed COMPLETELY to private companies.

  • dharmafirstalwz धर्मो रक्षति रक्षितः (@dharmafirstalwz) reported

@PTI_News Good to see government’s will to revive BSNL. But it’s better giving contract to any private organisation. Reason being government employees interest in doing their job properly. I’ve used BSNL services till 2018 in my village and had to shift to Airtel due to bad service by BSNL

@TanaysinghT Bsnl means corruption. Garbage services, no network coverage, pathetic speeds of internet, unbearable poor quality of calls etc etc.

  • bhavin614 bhavin sampat (@bhavin614) reported

@AmitShah @narendramodi Wrong decision sir. BSNL is huge liability, inefficient work force, poor policy making, unfit for competition. Jik made internet available to average Indian citizen, this revolution should have been done by BSNL. Don't give hard earned taxpayers money to loss making PSUs.

  • zoher52ali Zoher Ali (@zoher52ali) reported

Finally once again govt has decided to burn Rs 1.64 lakh crores of taxpayers money in #BSNL one of the major disaster decisions is to waste money only for getting votes and stop opposition to questioning on issues of BSNL which has proven a disaster for the state.. #WahModijiWah
