  @DrRajeevChavan1 Thank You @DrRajeevChavan1, i think some issue with BSNL. however i could connect with Mr Chandra Prakash, IDAS over his mobile, he was cordial & listened with patience, told me the reqmt of a letter as asked by you, i have send him over mobile, hope, the issue will be resolved.

  @DoT_India Thanks @DoT_India, but BSNL is giving the same assurance from last 6 months and till now I didn’t get any permanent solution. Every time they resolve the issue for a short time and next day I get the same issue.
