@BSNLCorporate Bsnl service abysmal, be its customer service, its mobile Apps, it’s website or SMS & ussd related service. All half cooked service. Cannot even know your postpaid data balance. After more than 15 yrs of use, planning to port to either Jio or Airtel.

@reliancejio jio fibre fooling ppl with bad service... jiofibre shows good package but very dumb 4-5 days no service. no response from service engineer last 4-5 days. bsnl fibre is good and uninturrupted. we whole society banning jiofibre service soon.

@PMOIndia I have tweeted to your office last week and again today I am, sir pls shut down BSNL ,they cannot resolve a complaint even in 10days. I pleaded with them because schools are online now . Half yearly exam is on ,but they never responded to anything. Totally hopeless.

@Airtel_Presence its becoming too much. Improve your network speed after evening cause I can't watch a youtube video at 360p. I live in Lalmati, Sonitpur, Assam. Even BSNL speed is far better than yours. Thats just a shame.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR BSNL service is dead in my area(752108). I have been using bsnl for past 10 year now..I guess it time to say goodbye.
