@JioCare I want to discontinue and have the refund. I paid in advance for a six month plan. I already had a BSNL fibre and it was giving me issues once/twice in a month. Wanted to migrate to Jio, but after the recent bad service,I would stick with bsnl fibre. They solve issues in 1 hour.

@Bhartrahari_ I was a customer of BSNL telephone and broadband in the past, sir. A painful experience, especially in the last couple of years before we "surrendered" our connection.

@BSNLCorporate @paramjot35 Don't trust on BSNL. Technical issue since four years!! Where you are getting technicians? Who couldn't fixed the issue since four years they are asking one week. That too for 2g. My complain not yet resolved since 4yrs we are not getting 2g network
