    @kaliyuga_surfer I hope bsnl is shut down. It can give 1000gb for 10₹ but still wont get it. Worst provider with worst service ever seen. Laziest employees as well.

    Day 5 with no BSNL FTTH service. Despite multiple complaints to Customer Care, the local BSNL office, DGM, and higher authorities, there is still no response or resolution. Complaint tickets are being closed without fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.

    BSNL is reportedly engaging certain local contractors (Dozer tecnical solution”) for installation work, however service quality and installation timelines appear inconsistent. In several instances, customers allege that approximately ₹18,000 per connection is being charged, 1/3
