@BSNLCorporate Telephone and broadband is working now after taking to task field staff today by myself . This tweeter complaint is sleeping since 6 days with just assurance. I'll have to see how long my phone will work. BSNL staff are also responsible for downfall of once respected DOT

Isn't Reliance planning to take-over BSNL by reducing its market value and cutting down the cost by sacking the employees and paying through the tax-payers money?

@cgm_mh_bsnl Goa BSNL General Manager need to be on Twitter to understand the problems Goa bsnl customers. Service quality is very poor in Goa , JTo , SDM are not attending calls. I think Goa is under Maharastra circle @BSNLCorporate

@lopempa @BSNLCorporate Bsnl ko customers ki mahi padi hai. Service nahi de pa rahe hai to bhi sum cards issue kar rahe hai. Logo ka paisa waste ho rahe hai. Phir kehte hai bsnl losses m hai. They literally need to pay attention to customers complaint.

Why is customer service of @BSNL_MH so bad. My internet is off from past 2 days. Same issue was there 1 week ago. What are people doing. This is why people chose other service providers rather than @BSNL_MH . Worst experience ever. Noone should get bsnl broadband.#bsnlopticfiber
