I am fed up of the horrible service of bsnl after every 15 days the service is disrupted bsnl should clearly inform the subscribers that they are unable to provide unintrupted service so that customer can think of alternate disgusting

@Vivek_Investor @myvaluepicks Bhai Saab Nahi Lagta. They told u/g cable fault 2 km away. Nobody knows when can be restored. Better take a BSNL SIM. In 2 years that also got plagued due to poor signal. Now both Ai&Ji sims in service, but outside the premises. It's a prominent locality.

@reachtokarthic Not at all. Even if you have postpaid connection with BSNL, you can port-in to prepaid in Airtel. They can't force to take postpaid. @Airtel_Presence social media team will help on this to get prepaid number.

@TRAI Bsnl network is very slow at Baghajtin Area, Kolkata-700086. Inspite of several complaints, no constructive steps have as yet been taken. BSNL should serve properly first of all in the Metro cities and then it should think of villages.
