@sunirnay Bro already I complained many times but no use and my location signal strength is good. I am located near by bsnl tower but thing is no network in some time not only 3g bro that time no service 2g also. it shows emergency call only for every bsnl users in particular tower site.

@BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

@DoT_India ozhandaikirapalayam, pondicherry no proper call and data connectivity here in bsnl,airtel,jio.Bsnl fiber only available here is very poor in service.Other fiber providers who had provided earlier have been forced to go out of this area due to bsnl installation people

@BSNL_TN emergency call only I joined BSNL network on 6 June and second time I am facing no network service. 8th June 4hrs no network and today also no network from 12:30 pm. super.. excellent service

In view of the same I can understand that: 1. BSNL is only service provider for Internet facility in A& N Islands. BSNL has monopoly so it has nothing to do with customer satisfaction, has no policy of customer satisfaction and retention. 2. Policy of No complaints no problem.
