@BSNL_TN emergency call only I joined BSNL network on 6 June and second time I am facing no network service. 8th June 4hrs no network and today also no network from 12:30 pm. super.. excellent service

@BSNLCorporate I am waiting in Pondicherry BSNL Customer Care Centre. Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

Customer Fraud by BSNL officially. We buy yearly package but BSNL slows the internet speed inspite of follow-up no response. But they never extends package due to their glitch. @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia sorry but this is very very pathetic

@bsnl_care I have purchased a new sim on 10th January 2025. Despite multiple visits to BSNL office and multiple calls to 1503 and 1507 my number is not getting activated. Is this the reason BSNL is losing market share due to your pathetic customer service?
