Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

I am located near by bsnl tower but thing is no network in some time not only 3g bro that time no service 2g also. it shows emergency call only for every bsnl users in particular tower site.
