I am located near by bsnl tower but thing is no network in some time not only 3g bro that time no service 2g also. it shows emergency call only for every bsnl users in particular tower site.

Staffs are refused to receive bill payment due to network issue. More than 50 people are still waiting. Staffs should not wish to receive the bill manually and refused to give manual receipts.

It's services were always horrible, non-existent customer support & they had like no internet. Jio put competition in the market and brought the revolution now u get 3months calling + more than enough 4G data in just 500rs..So be thankful to Jio
