    @NewIndianXpress @BSNLCorporate In villages BSNL mobile network service has gone from bad to worse. BSNL Customers are only losing their money without proper service by BSNL.

    @JM_Scindia @nitin_gadkari Maharaj, please take some decision on BSNL 4G network. In many places BSNL network does not work and in many places there are no new towers. Please take some cognizance so that the poor people of the country can also benefit from the country's work.

    Due to a technical issue in #BSNL telecom PRI line services, the 1912 helpline as well as other helpline numbers are currently not operational. Services will be restored as soon as BSNL resolves the issue. We regret for the inconveniences of the consumers.

    I complained about my WiFi issue on 23-05 at 10 AM, but customer care called me on 25-05 at 5 PM. This clearly shows how slow and useless your service has become. I am fed up with BSNL now. Please tell me how I can permanently disconnect this connection online @bsnl_care #BSNL

    Hey @BSNLCorporate @maha_bsnl, I visited the BSNL office in Wadsa Desaiganj, Maharashtra to upgrade my physical SIM to an eSIM. The staff flatly refused, claiming "humare yaha nahi hota." eSIM is a standard service now. Please help me get this resolved ASAP! Contact no 9422150597
