    @bsnlupe to add this to continued unsatisfactory service. I have been facing outage of BSNL network at raebareli district since two days. Would request for immediate assistance in this pandemic.

    Pathetic service, when other vendors are providing free of cost installation, BSNL vendor charged 5000 INR from my parents. Installed Single band router for 200 Mbps connection. Looting innocent citizens upload speed is 10 Mbps. Reason behind the downfall of BSNL. @rsprasad

    Respected Sir It is submitted that I am a resident of Himachal Pradesh, Village Chaher Post Office Pali Tehsil Padhar District Mandi (HP). In this regard I would like to intimated that there is no signal of BSNL at village Chaher Post Office Pali Tehsil Padhar District Mandi

    @reliancejio disgusting service..I am in my home town Bolpur (Jambuni).. Didn't get connection after 8pm from last 15days.. Very poor service and network too.. really disappointed .I am going to change my connection soon even bsnl 3g is better then jio here..

    @BSNLCorporate my complaint no is JKH/CO/2021/1567. This complain is still pending. I am surprised to see the speed of grievance redressal. This is the main reason of poor service of BSNL. Grievance redressal mechanism is totally failed. How and why we use BSNL.?
