    @NewIndianXpress @BSNLCorporate In villages BSNL mobile network service has gone from bad to worse. BSNL Customers are only losing their money without proper service by BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Highest kind wastage of money, maintenence given to third party who never respond on time. Charging like others telcos while providing service like ****. Pls start a portal to take closure request online to avoid any contact with lazy employees of BSNL.

    Dear BSNL, The tower near my area (around 3 km away) has been down for a long time. I have already complained 5 times, but no action has been taken. Now I have to go to another village just to use 4G internet 😓 Please fix this issue as soon as possible 🙏 #BSNL #NetworkIssue

    @Valluva_Bharati @Kiranhyd @Fintech03 It was years of harassment with BSNL. Lineman even used to cut wires to fix it on bribes. Once Tata Indicom CDMA landline available, we quickly switched for instant connection, modern device with inbuilt modem with internet which I even used for my office work later years.

    Banks have launched new 8-digit toll-free numbers for customer support, but BSNL hasn’t updated its directory yet. As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia

    @BSNLCorporate I’ve visited multiple BSNL offices to get the ₹1 SIM, but staff keep saying “out of stock” or “offer not available,” even after customer care confirmed it. Can you confirm if I can get the ₹1 SIM in Jayanagar 4th Block?

    BSNL makes this even more telling. Among India's top 30 PSUs by turnover, crossing ₹21,000 crore in FY24, it has always been a Category I Miniratna because it lacks consistent profitability. And despite years of underperformance, it has never been downgraded.

    @PMOIndia Sir, though the centre is pushing for upgradation of the BSNL network,there is even no 3G or 4G network in west Bengal, kolkata circle. I bought last year a BSNL 5G sim of Kolkata ,west bengal circle but surprisingly there is no 3G or 4G network till today.

    @BSNL_MH Ported from MTNL Mumbai to BSNL 4G on 6th April. From yesterday, network connects to Vi 4G OR Dishnet 4G but not showing VOLTE symbol. No calls, no SMS. How to resolve?

    @bsnl_care The bsnl employees in surkikal exchange under calcutta telephones at Howrah West Bengal are working hand in glove with the local service franchisee . I am not getting my router back taken for repairs under warranty. Neither i have received invoice for new router.
