@NewIndianXpress @BSNLCorporate In villages BSNL mobile network service has gone from bad to worse. BSNL Customers are only losing their money without proper service by BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate We (citizens) want to talk BSNL connection but due to no network or very weak network in dular areas consumer doesn't take any risk. Most probably BSNL itself doesn't take BSNL connection due to it's connectivity. So be strong your network then we think about it.

I have ported my SIM from BSNL to Airtel recently but volte connection is not working for my SIM when I visited my near retailer he exchanged my SIM also, but in this new sim also the volte connection is not working. can you please fix it..

@BSNL_RJ @BharatFibreFTTH Upon not having received any confirmation on the said request even after 2 days. I filed a complaint through BSNL Self-Care Portal, which has been updated falsely as resolved without any real resolution to the issue. I request you to look into it at the earliest.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Everytime, the network gets unavailable. What is the reason, i dont know, i recharged since last 2 times and money goes waste. In delhi circle, mtnl not provide network to bsnl. Even if in UP Noida and ghaziabad circle dont provide even a single cell📶.

@BSNLJHARKHAND I am using BSNL prepaid sim 9431358988. I could not recharge on time and now it is in Grace 2 period. I recharged by 197 Rs yesterday through self care portal of BSNL as instructed by customer care. still showing in Grace 2 and no calls allowed. Pl. look this.
