    I was recharge with 397 on 27/11/2022 through BSnL app the amount was deducted from my account but transaction failed. I had contacted to customer care the said the amout will returned within 30 days but still I am waiting @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ

    Is it me or we all think that the reason for BSNL to fail is not privatisation. It's just they don't want to work. Recently asked BSNL to upgrade my landline to fiber, 2 months passed. No updates. (PS they have fibre in my area) @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB
