    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I visited the BSNL office at Ghazipur today (Monday) during regular working hours, but it was completely closed. Extremely disappointed with this poor customer experience. Kindly look into this matter.

    @bsnl_care I don’t know how it helps. Ia it my device problem? No it works fine with other providers. It is only BSNL that always go out of service area.

    @shreyspatil @vijaydecodes @GuruShareMarket Those are market forces, had BSNL been given the 4G licence and the subsequent 5G licence before any other private players the prices would've come down automatically.

    @bsnl_care No improvement in BSNL prepaid data service even after repeated complaints. Complaint docket was closed without resolving the issue, while customers continue paying in advance for unusable data services.
