    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for your response but I'm not sure. Even now when I'm making a call using my BSNL SIM card I'm getting a message "NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK"! This is so in ALL nearby locations. How can one work? VERY SAD

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlTamilnadu @BSNLTirunelveli I am using BSNL since 1997. Last 3 months line not working but they are generating bills every month. Today inquired about this with AO Tirunelveli. He recommend change to Fiber otherwise raise request for disconnection. (1/3)

    @BSNLCorporate Pls install 4G TOWER IN MY VILLAGE BECAUSE SO MANY CUSTOMER LEAVING BSNL DUE TO NON AVAILIBILITY OF 4G IN RURAL AREAS ALSO BANKS AND RURAL PANCHYATS PREFER PRIVATE PLAYERS INSTEAD OF BSNL DUE TO NON SERVICE OF BSNL BROADBAND SERVICE.

    Had to take landlines thru pvt exchange via BSNL had to pay huge sums for STD) ISD. Remember paying ₹ 1,86,500/- per quarter in advance for 128kbs leased line. mentioning a few huge hurdles we faced with respect to govt apathy / bureaucracy. Power issues.

    @BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate Pls clarify,what does your "under processed", "Provisioned" means at your level. Bcoz as a customer such umbrella terms are grey areas to us.Request to always elaborate precisely.Note:Local BSNL office was already informed before starting of Jul-22 but no response.
