    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India No BSNL cellular coverage in my village Srinagar, Pirpainti, Bhagalpur, PIN code 813209. Forget 3G/4G/5G even 2G network not available.

    @BSNLCorporate if I port my another number to BSNL can I recharge it after 30 days or I have to recharge it within 5 days or if I recharge it after 30 days will it create a problem because I already have 2 months recharge in my another bsnl number ...

    @BSNLCorporate Field Officer visited the premises yesterday and informed us that the modem is non wifi, but the connection is on. All the previous technicians from BSNL said things like it's not their job or BSNL will not provide router or someone else will come once customer care is informed.

    @BSNLCorporate U mentioned "attended and case closed" But same situation till day. If full one day no service means why to use #BSNL ? Even after one month of last tweet still problem continues means no value of customer. #worstservice

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH What sort of actions has been taken yet to resolve my query, In nutshell it's completely zero, from past 4 days I'm unable to either contact customer care executives, nor Network is there. If this is what BSNL service is, then I was a moron who gone for BSNL.

    Great BSNL, 2 din se network nai tha jb Network aaya to 2g customers care ko mai continues call kr raha hoon but mera call hold pe 35-40mints tak fr v response nai. Mai PORT krna chah raha fr v to mera msg failed ho raha h . Yaha pe 3g network hai but 2g @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR
