    @BSNL_BR Very bad net speed is here in Bhagalpur. Today is the time of 4g network and in after few days 5g will launch but in bsnl it's net speed is just like 2g network so I request you to plese take an important steps to improve the network of bsnl plz............

    Why Bsnl is not working properly in my village? In 2g call suffer so much and 3g is only for show. It doesn't register on it. Location :- Sanhoula Bhagalpur Bihar 813225 Please do something we can't able to surf net here.Our 2GB daily data is wasting. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR

    But the complains are resolved by the Bsnl without even asking me if the issue is resolved, i get a message saying complain is resolved. New fiber connection 6000... Seriously..? The Bsnl office told me for wired connection if you are within 3 kms you will get good speed.

    @shivang_somaiya @GTPL_Hathway Most powerfull service provider in ahmedabad is only @BSNLCorporate , in gtpl they purchase GB in bulk and in name of unlimited they stop some days some user and finish this GB !! Hope people try bsnl and test ! Price at 449₹ 30mbps and 3300gb per month !

    @BSNLCorporate Today is the second working day after BSNL India assures of prompt action. Till now no one from BSNL has bothered to call to know what exactly is the issue.

    Hi BSNL, I have been using the Fiber for months. Most of the days I face high ping issues during google meets. I have said this many days before and tweeted but no one from the BSNL has not responded yet. What bad customer service are you providing?? @BSNLCorporate @BsnlFiber

    @BSNLCorporate my issue is yet not resolved only getting 2g network in my bsnl 3g data card (1098 plan is active) not able to use the internet from 17 Feb 2021 earlier it was working fine. already told you to fix it but no action is taken.

    @BSNLCorporate We at Dhuliyan area of Murshidabad District of West Bengal suffer at least 2 days no network problem everymonth. BSNL customers are suffering a lot since last few years. BSNL is not improving its service in our area. Please look into the matter.
