Sorry, if one doesn't learn from others' mistakes, one is doomed to learn it the hard way, from one's own. Not that BSNL/ MTNL was doing a wonderful job ( I had to take 1/2 day leave everytime the home landline came down - that's monthly), but wish your friends change now!

@CMDBSNL will BSNL services in India improve and come to level of other private network like, Airtel, jio, vodafone. It's internet connectivity is worst as compared to other network. In kerela it's so pathetic that 2G is also not available with proper speed.

Hmm !! Urs my humble request to the team and the department to follow the #4G services on the bsnl network Soon. It's fine and working good I guess dont know much more but not that much free as @JioCare let me see for the whole day.

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow First BSNL should take pride in providing better service to its customers regarding calls and internet on mobiles. When all other networks are provided 4G with better connectivity and super net speed BSNL is fighting to upgrade it's towers.

BSNL services in kerela is worst but all over India they are advertising with slogan of connecting India and connecting people. In reality cheating people by charging higher for every plans. Decades old communication towers but advertisement advance. Very sorry state.

After one Year using @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL my 4G Sim for my all until this last day was using @JioCare yesteday after bad network thrown the jio Sim and now recharged my 4G sim for usage let me see how do it fits for me expecting a lot from bsnl.

@bsindia @manchandamegha In the VRS document it was stated that the dues will be paid in 2 installments, one in 2019-20 and next in 2020-21. This will help the retirees to get tax benefits in 2 years. Now if they are giving as one instalment in 2020-21 then the tax outgoing will be higher. #BSNL #vrs

@CMDBSNL @ErosNow Services provided by BSNL is worst compared other networks. Charges are maximum for minimum facilities. Only Government sector people are bound to use this network and then CEO of BSNL will say the company is in loss. It should be shut down.

@DoT_India Sir, I have been complaining from last 5-6 month but the problem remains as it is. It seems your concerned department don't take any action. It is no use of keeping BSNL sim in this Network condition. Please look into it seriously and resolve the issue at the earliest.

@BSNLCorporate I live in Dabha Nagpur , It shows 4G if I went on the roof Of my house but not getting 4G in my rooms.If this continues I have to switch From BSNL to another network.Please Build a Tower Inside of Dabha,Nagpur. Don't file any complaint. Build a Tower near my house.

@BSNLCorporate Sir, this is the same reply that i am getting from the last 5-6 months. But the problem remains as it is. No action taken to resolve the issue. Please look into it seriously. So that people can use BSNL sim otherwise it is no use of keeping BSNL sim.
