    @Ravisutanjani Yeah, waiting for bsnl 4g launch to switch from jio to bsnl. If u don't recharge u will get pathetically calls from customer care for recharging. Except bsnl , no one is giving affordable plans .

    @BSNLCorporate Don't know what's the issue with BSNL services. internet doesn't works for hours and customer care says call us later we have technical issue. Complaint was registered a day before yesterday and still internet is not working. pH no- 05740299205 ACC - 1027784752

    @BSNL_OR @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Wish state owned companies could set the standard for private competitors. Waiting for 5G service by BSNL. Looks like only my grandchildren can see that happen. Unfortunately BSNL poor service is the only option in some places I regularly visit.

    @ETTelecom 1st launch of 4G was 2016 den 15-Aug-22 den Nov-22 now Jan-23. Never ending story. It's impossible for BSNL to launch latest upgraded ntwrk signls. Evn Telecom Ministry can't help. Bcoz corruption chain is much strngr in our country frm lower to higher levels

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt Dear BSNL, I need to follow up for above complaint since it is showing Problem Resolved on BSNL Self care portal. Is this your service your coustomer are suffering and you are saying as Resolved. How ? When ? Do you have any answer ?
