    @AshwiniVaishnaw Request your help. I am a senior citizen who has been using BSNL Selfcare portal to put my Bharat Fiber connection in safe custody as well as to activate it and change plans, when required. Now the safe custody option is missing from the portal. Kindly enable.

    @PMOIndia @narendramodi Respected Sir, request your urgent help. BSNL Selfcare portal has removed the option to put Bharat Fiber connection in safe custody. Kindly direct the concerned to restore this facility.

    @airtelindia non sense IVR support, No option to talk any care executive. As a customer more thn a decade no such basic support available on IVR U morons r just put highly valuable ads but not a single penny sense of service Completely messed up Hey Stupid, Jio & BSNL far better

    @BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate so pathetic service from BSNL wifi. Just get 15 day service and pay for 30 days. No proper customer care response. Wastage of time and frustration. In such high time on wfh no service. Then ppl will ask why government org is lacking. @PMOIndia
