I guess BSNL Fiber people changed the modem password when they installed the new fiber connection, the default aint working and none of the alt password available online is not working either.. I dont want my internet to be named FTTH-BSNL ffs.

@DoT_India @TRAI I tried to do 52 rupees recharge on BSNL number but recharge didn't happened. But BSNL self-care application showing recharge succesful also got transection receipt. money deducted from Bank account. What kind of service is this from BSNL ??

@BSNLCorporate @rasumi1953 How could we check without phone number is in my view rude and arrogant way of reply. In my case I gave phone number address etc to BSNL as I don't even have 2G network in Mumbai. It's 3 months . No action till this moment

@BSNLCorporate This is BSNL TIP ( YPM ENTERPRISES) Sindhudurg SSA. We have have 800+ users. We are facing issue in ftth voice service. There is issue in outgoing calls, incoming calls and also few users are not audible. We are not getting proper response fron sawantwadi Office.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL my dataone mail id is not working and got call from bsnl that they are going to close them by 18th November. Thrice mail sent to bsnl id but no reply from them.... Kindly look in to the matter
