    Dear @BSNLCorporate, Amazing service by BSNL 👏 My WiFi stops working every 2–3 days since installation, and now it has been completely dead for the last 2 days. The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 months’ advance payment so that customers can’t even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then “Digital India” is truly in safe hands. Kindly resolve the issue instead of ignoring customers. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI BSNL network is not working properly @ my place pin 231304, I face inconvenience due to a lack of proper network or no network.

    @BSNL_GJ Still it's expensive. Please reduce the cost the normal people don't use somebody much internet and each place the connectivity is slow not faster. So BSNL having government support can provide this service at less price. Also make 1gb plan per day in a month.

    @BSNLCorporate my parents were told that they can replace the BSNL landline to FTTH connection and no additional charges will be incurred. But now, they are getting 3x of bill. How can we resolve this issue? It is in vadodara

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate Recently got a new SIM. Outdoor 4G speeds are great, but indoor coverage is non-existent (zero signal for both 3g and 4g). Also, I can't activate BSNL BiTV due to a "no plan found" account error. Please fix both issues. Nigade Nagar,Ghorpadi,pune,411001

    @JioCare ,@reliancejio Recently I ported from BSNL to Jio now I am feeling regret why I Ported to jio because when compared to BSNL jio network is very worst,now I am waiting another 3 months to port again to BSNL ,
