    @BSNLCorporate my issue is yet not resolved only getting 2g network in my bsnl 3g data card (1098 plan is active) not able to use the internet from 17 Feb 2021 earlier it was working fine. already told you to fix it but no action is taken.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL, I understand there may be some reason that still my complaint is UNRESOLVED. Its almost a week that no internet. you need to be prompt to support customer to gain their faith. Pls expedite resolution.
