    @BSNLCorporate I'm chethan from Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh As i buyed a fancy number from BSNL office on Saturday at 10AM But Till Now isn't activated I've tried so many times For Tele-verification 1507 is not working 1503 also not working What the hell is this 😭

To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After sending the request, it may take up to 24 hours for the service to get activated.     only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

    Dear @BSNL_RJ Team, My mobile number is 7588747071. I am currently in Rajasthan for 10 days. In my village Ankhol, Tehsil Chitalwana, District Jalore, Rajasthan – 343040, there is no BSNL network in the entire village. I had also complained about this issue 4 months ago, but no solution has been provided so far. This is very disappointing service from BSNL. Please check the network situation in Ankhol village and take necessary action to provide proper BSNL network coverage. Thank you.

    @BSNL_HR @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Why do you not provide networks first? Even no solutions of complained made using bsnl self-care app. Customer care send msg that complain closed without solving it

    @Nitesh805181 Both VI and BSNL offer poor network performance. When your phone doesn't have a network when you need it, you realize that both VI and BSNL are expensive even when they're free.

    Tried with different mobile numbers multiple times. No joy. Your Sim won't even recognise BSNL network in Mumbai. WTF is the use of maintaining BSNL Sim with ₹500 extra for Mumbai coverage? Forget data. Can't even get OTP at Mumbai Central station to buy a ticket.
