    @BSNLCorporate I'm chethan from Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh As i buyed a fancy number from BSNL office on Saturday at 10AM But Till Now isn't activated I've tried so many times For Tele-verification 1507 is not working 1503 also not working What the hell is this 😭

    @BSNLCorporate Also the BSNL person responsible the prompt service in our area is known for lazy , ridiculous , irresponsible. In have personally complained and not action has been take thus far . I have been trying to reach him since yesterday no response as always

    STILL UNRESOLVED. I AM FED UP WITH BSNL BB. WHY COMMON MAN HAVE TO BEAR HIGH BB BILLS & ARE FORCED TO USE ENANCED DATA USAGE EVEN NOT REQUIRED BY THE CUSTOMER ? AM JOBLESS, NO HELP, SUPPORT FROM BSNL, DOT OR ANY AUTHORISED PERSON TO REDUCE IT. @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    Complaint was raised on 10th sep & i was informed that issue would be resolved in 24-48hrs instead i went to exchange (bsnl baramulla kashmir )they showed least interest in doing anything concrete.Ironically i called @BSNLCorporate 's LINEMAN , he said he is grass cutting at home

    For the 30K+Tax for XZA+(O) if we have got any additional upgrade on top of IRA then it would have been worth the extra pay. But the EXTRA pay to get only IRA, which is again a big buggy app that doesn't work when needed(maybe because of BSNL esim).

    @kunalkamra88 It's a good decision taken by the government .Plenty of PSU's like Air India , BSNL have been taking losses for many years. It is coming out of our taxes. The service is also substandard .

    @iHopefulCynic @_ghostcookies Ultimately I would always prefer VI, Airtel and if possible even BSNL/MTNL surviving at the end of the day. A monopoly of Jio (or any other company) would never be beneficial to the consumers.

    @shahid_siddiqui If we go by that logic, we must be still using MTNL and BSNL land lines! And the those days purposefully used to cut wire, when you complaint without cash bribe they never used to repair the line!
