    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @bsnl_tt @bsnl_tt , The BSNL Fiber Broadband service reached out area (Nazrulnagar, SKZR, Komarambheem, Telangana) on last December. Since then we are getting the connection outage for 5-6 times a day, I have taken leave also because of network outage.

    @BSNLCorporate my landline number 02532384999 is totally dead, what to do, if you see the history it has never worked properly, my secuirty cameras attached to its internt, now i cannot see wht is happeneing in my premises, . telll me who will be rsponsible at bsnl???

    @BSNL_CG_Circle 1503 no. Not working, not able to make outgoingcalls to any operators other then bsnl.

    @bsnl_tt , The BSNL Fiber Broadband service reached out area (Nazrulnagar, SKZR, Komarambheem, Telangana) on last December. Since then we are getting the connection outage for 2-3 times a day, but some how we managed by using our own dongle/hotspot.

    @BSNLCorporate If BSNL can't provide the proper service then why is he providing a connection?After informing the problem no needful action taken by the KNOCK team , they disconnect the phone 05322560004.

    @pib_comm I was very enthusiastic to know BSNL is sole service provider in my area. Was so proud of the fact. But experience is not gud at all. @Secretary_DoT can you please help me in getting things sorted for me and other users. We still want to believe in government services

    Hi @BSNLCorporate I have been trying to port my sim fr BSNL to other network since last 7 days and I am getting UPC cannot be generated. Even customer care is telling it will be fixed in next 24 hrs but still not working.

    @BSNLCorporate I am saying very painfully that I have ported my one bsnl mobile to another opretor kindly provide battery backup for continuous service
