@Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

@amazonIN I recharged my BSNL no. dt. 30.04.2022 in Amazon UPI & got confirmation massage that your recharge successful but when contacting BSNL customer care they told me that there is no recharged done on Dt. 30.4.22.I contacted both AMAZON & BSNL care bt result nil.

My bsnl Fibre connection odisha voice caĺl is out of order since long. Have already lodged complaint many time. Each time I get a msg saying that my issue has been resolved but my voice call is still not working. Called customer care bt no one answering @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate

@BSNL_GJ I am a bsnl customer since many years in BHUJ gujarat. My phone and broadband line is dead from almost 20 days. filed a complaint ,But still no solution. Why this is so late. my no is 02832-244251. Very pathetic condition. Should I go for disconnect this connection

@BSNLCorporate LOS since last night, no RPL from vendor, no one at office pathetic CC service. Please find subscription details 07812292830. Suggest when it is going to be fixed and reason for this down time If issue didn't resolve in next 1-2 hr will close BSNL.
