    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

In my area no network of #bsnl from last 5 days,I complained several times but there is no improvement

    Thats is why no one is wasting his time to take gov facilities. I am trying to turn on my landline phone since 2 weeks ago. BSNL employes are not even picking my call. Complaint no.- 1057954086. Please help as Gov is paying salary to you guys to help. @BSNLCorporate @SaurabhStv

    @BSNLCorporate Matter is not investigated properly,They are telling lie at every step,constantly, Ask someone responsible person from BSNL to look into the matter,what was customer grievance
