    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BsnlCmd Sir when bsnl will improving their services. I don't have the words to describe the poor quality of network. I think bsnl is not a part of Digital India. Complaint not attending and giving poor reply.

    @DRochiramani @K_Nageshwar Mr. Dinesh, Who on earth informed you that BSNL/MTNL was forced on VRS to help Jio ? BSNL/MTNL had 1,53,000 employees before VRS and Jio even today has 20,000 employees and you can see the difference in delivery of services by both companies. BSNL was another AIR INDIA.

    @BSNL_CHTD No internet since yesterday night Have complained about it to your Customer care yesterday. Still not resolved. Pathetic service. Those who are planning to get a new connection please think twice before you opt for BSNL.

    @ANI Government and employ of bsnl should work on good customer service and should resolve the problems of network issue . No one is interested in paying high amount to getting network services but due to weak service we are not getting any interest to take bsnl sim

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl is none serious about customers..They ONLY SAYS WHAT THEY WANT TO..NOT PROVIDING ANY CUSTOMER Specific service..
