    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    Bsnl hiked prices of its plans indirectly i.e. not by increasing prices but by reducing validity! That too without providing a proper 4g or even 3g network! Seems getting an increase in suscriber base bsnl took it in wrong way! Soon I m going to port my bsnl in jio!Can't afford!

    @BSNLCorporate The staff of the counter of the BSNL exchange, opp- bangali club, Port Blair not available at 14:17 hours. It is very serious issue, and not citizen charter also not available nor lunch time is mentioned any where at the place of counters.

    @BSNLCorporate Thank you sir for your call. You just gave up in one call. Imagine I have called BSNL customer service so many times but no one is answering to my calls. That's the level of poor customer experience it's been. I hope you can try calling me least 2 times

    @BSNLCorporate Hello Im Gurlal Actually i have a bsnl connection but some there was some an issue. 3g connection automatically Convert 2G OR 2g Connection. So.. please. Cloud you fix this 3g problem. Access point names reset access point please complaint /Request is B2556001746

    @BSNLCorporate Please change the vendor system for installation of fiber broadband.They charge 5k-6k where other competitors offer it for free or 1500/- max.This is the reason BSNL fiber is not able to add customers even with a very good plan,service,and speeds.@AshwiniVaishnaw

    @Ees_Khan @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Bsnl has no future! People went to bsnl bcz of low 2g plans for their secondary no but now bsnl showing original colours by increasing prices that too without providing a proper 4g or 3g network! Bsnl has no future! Jio is still providing the best plans !
