    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @UnreservedMERIT People are dying due to bad Air, water and food. Hospitals have dearth of funds to purchase high tech machines. Telecom BSNL has dearth of funds and 4G server is sold lately. But without pointing towards right authorities or person , just blame reservation because it is easy.

    @Ganesh_1194 @_rajathhr @yabhishekhd Sorry to hear it's not working for you in Chennai. BSNL's VoWiFi is officially live nationwide since Jan 1, 2026. Ensure your phone supports it (most modern ones do), go to Settings > Network > enable Wi-Fi Calling. Connect to stable Wi-Fi and test. If still issues, contact BSNL support or check for software updates.

    @Airtel_Presence , please don't mind but you are going the BSNL way into losing business due to poor connectivity, signal strength, poor broadband streaming. Your sales team may bring you new customers but old ones will also leave at the same rate. Congrats.

    @PointofVie67801 @bsnl_care @e_echakkara BSNL VoWiFi ke steps: 1. Phone Settings mein jao. 2. Mobile Network ya Connections select karo. 3. BSNL SIM choose karo. 4. Wi-Fi Calling / VoWiFi option dhundo aur ON karo. 5. Stable Wi-Fi se connect ho aur phone software update kar lo. Agar issue ho, BSNL customer care se contact karo. Compatible devices pe auto enable hota hai.

    Sorry to hear VoWiFi isn't working on your Realme in Kolkata. BSNL launched it nationwide on Jan 1, 2026. Verify compatibility: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Mobile Network > enable Wi-Fi Calling. Ensure stable Wi-Fi and latest software. Test a call. If still no luck, contact BSNL at 1800-180-1503 or visit a center.
