    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @BSNL_PB I have lodged Complaint for landline not working on 27 Aug 21. On 28 Aug 21 received message from BSNL That problem has been resolved. Phone is still not working. No calls incoming and outgoing.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, arrange for us to lay the new optical fiber BSNL 22 km from Lakhmipur to Narayanpatna as soon as possible.The BSNL service could not be reached as the wire was lying on the road and the miscreants were cutting it.

    @BSNL_CHTD I am porting to another service provider because of poor network in my area.. any way all BSNL tower will be given to private players on NMP.. so better to switch to another service provider

    @BSNL_KTK Still no resolution despite filing an online complaint & tweeting about the issue. The phone line continues to experience disturbance for the last 1 year!!! Does it really take you so long to solve the issue? #patheticcustomerservice #bsnl #poorcustomerservice

    @BSNLCorporate Unable to send SMS via BSNL having enough Main balance and SMS pack, tried changing SMS centre but it doesn't work from Chhattisgarh. Prompt response would be appreciated. @BSNLCorporate

    FTTH headaches. Frequent disruption in service is creating problems. One of the reason given is that exchange ups is down. FTTH service of BSNL is very good. Don’t let it go to dogs. 0484 2973179 @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlkerala

    @BSNLCorporate Plz BSNL repair BSNL network in my Village Dinod District Bhiwani(Haryana). We are facing this problem about 5 months when electricity cut by the Bijli Vibhag. Plz send your workers to repair it as well as soon.

    @SaraswatiHebbar @BSNLCorporate Yes #BSNL services are not good in my area. Waiting for FTTH service since last year and still didn't get it. #BSNL Team only says "all efforts are being made" but its clearly shown as "No Efforts" from last 1 year.Nobody is helping here to make the service feasible @cgm_mh_bsnl
