    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @IndianTechGuide Moving 4,200 staff to BSNL is a masterstroke in government efficiency. If the network doesn't work (which very likely will), the employees can't work, and if they can't work, no one can complain about them doing nothing. It's the ultimate bureaucratic black hole.

    @bsnl_care Your customer care service is the worst in all accounts.Even bsnl is unable to send SIM settings in spite of more than seven requests.I think irresponsible behaviour of their service executive is the main reason for the downfall of BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ I recharged ₹997 plan with 150 days validity while my ₹2399 plan was still active. Instead of starting after expiry, BSNL activated it immediately, causing loss of benefits and less 1 day. Please resolve this issue. #BSNL #BSNLComplaint
