    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    If we switch off mobile signal transmission or internet or internet provider towers like Airtel, BSNL, JIO or websites for 1 day or more than 5 hours whether people will tolerate? why #TNEB alone switching off electricity power for 1 day maintenance?? why can't backup route #tneb

    Sir took a new BSNL MOBILE Post paid connection yesterday afternoon after completing the tele verification and getting message from Bsnl mobile service that your connection is active I have lost connection again shows no service . Please help

    @BSNL_KL I want to port my bsnl No but SMS is getting failed. When I called customer care then they telling first do one more recharge of Rs 147 and port it. Plz tell me why I spend extra 147/- for a single port SMS. what will be use of that RECHARGE? @AshwiniVaishnaw @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl is more irresponsible towards it's customer my landline is not working from past 5 months and still they are not resolving the issue great and lots of ton to you

    @KarwaKomal @ACTFibernet @VijayGopal_ Not sure why people are running behind act and jio bit my BSNL works butter smooth. They resolve the complaint same day and follow up. Been using this since more than 5 years.

    I am from Palani-624601.I am working from home. so,I am using bsnl fiber.from yesterday sep 21 net connection was down.still now the problem was not resolved.I have been reported to the office but no action was taken.worst experience how will I work now.@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN
