    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @BSNLCorporate I have upgraded my bsnl fiber connection from 40 mbps plan to 100 mbps plan,but still no change in speed , i can only receiving 40 mbps speed. Do needful and resolve issue as early as possible.

    Sir, your office send my twitt to BSNL, but after two months,till to day I didn't get my deposit refund,and problem remain there,i every week take follow up,from local office & BSNL tweeter through a tweet,but no satisfactory reply,so sir please do needful action.

    @AmazonHelp Support team is saying that contact BSNL company for refund but BSNL company customer care is saying that recharge discription details is wrong showing by Amazon then the fault by Amazon not by BSNL .. please solve this issue.

    @BSNL_JKD I recharged my number today morning with 107 validity extension plan. When calling from other phone to this bsnl number, I get an error “incoming call facility is not available”. I am able to make outgoing calls but incoming calls are not going through. Kindly help

    @ravinderthota12 @KVishReddy @vijayp1256 Because of their employes laziness the service is poor, they dont have accountability. If you port number from airtel, airtel will call you 100 times to change your mind. But bsnl….their losses main curlprint is their employees. I vote for lazy institutions must be sold
