    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @BSNL_JKD such a bad service. It's better not to have internet than getting a bsnl connection. After every 2-3 hrs it's gets disconnected form internet and ping is too high.

    @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala 8 days over since the problem started , still my BSNL FTTH connection is not back , Telephone no is 0460-2931452. Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

    @BSNLCorporate Hope it is resolved soon because my internet is off even I have paid my bill. And bsnl care number +91 1800 345 1504 is not reachable. It's so frustrating. Not getting help from any one

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_Tamilnadu Taking fiber net is good but the private vendors from bsnl installation is charging 1000rs per customer (clever ly they say modem charge 3500rs for the worth of 2000 rs modem) for installation and enjoyed well.don't know how this is accepted in bsnl

    Again bsnl broadband is down since morning. What is the problem and sla to resolve this recurring issue weekly in Ujjain area.Need intwrnetup immediately

    @BSNLCorporate It’s the second day today that FTTH is facing issues and there is no place to raise a complaint. BSNL really sucks when it comes to providing internet services.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My area : Maheshtala , Shibtala Kayalpara(Kolkata --700141). After the complete blackout on 20th Apr speed of my bsnl connection suddenly drops to very low speed(web search also dont work) Please look into the matter.
