    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    @BSNLCorporate I'm requesting the details to reach out to the appellate authority Maharashtra division due to irresponsible behaviour of BSNL officials and TIPs. Reasons can be found in previous complaints over the same platform. Multiple tweets are sent for the same issue

    @BSNLCorporate what a unresponsival behaviour 😤😤 .. My internet connection of FTTH is down from 30 hrs. When I complain at BSNL customer care no. They pick up call and then disconnecte the phone without listening my problem. Really frustrating. Any help you can do..??

    The entire network is down since afternoon and no action to solve the issue yet. @PMOIndia was right, VRS is the best option for BSNL and employees. Hire the entire management on a contractual basis to run the network. These full time team of lazy engineers is hopeless

    @mryalamanchi funny thing here. every time my bsnl internet goes down, I wait for 5 mins and then dial a POC in the local office. it has become such a routine that the moment he sees it's me, he tells me the issue and time to sort it out without me asking.

    @asianetindia @AsianetBB @AsianetB such pathetic customer service from Asianet if internet is down it's atleast common courtesy of customer service to atleast here they don't even pick and they speak as if the internet is provided free of cost. I guess BSNL have better response

    @devusinh Dear sir🙏, present running in India 5g,but our villages not a any network coverage,last(2009-2023now)number of times complaint raised but not provide network towers our villages,pls kindly immediately take action and provide me bsnl tower or any one tower sir--
