    @Secretary_DoT @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am from Chitradurga here there is no BSNL 2G network, it is absconded from today morning. My both the parents are using BSNL Thru basic handsets. Really I'm unhappy to share this BSNL gives worst service here. Network failure oftentimes.

    PSA if you’re in Dubai: Do not ever consider @dutweets @duCares for your Internet / mobile connectivity. The service levels are 10x worse than BSNL(iykyk)

    @phedhry @cmohry Sir, Basement of main telephone exchange (BSNL), SIRSA is filled with sewerage waste water. Whole office and mainly CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER OF BSNL is stinking with bad smell since last seven days. So you are requested to look into and take prompt action.

    @housepersqft @bhak_sala @startupindia You do but not most of the population can afford having 10k frozen in their accounts. Just check the ques in pvt and PSU banks. Yes BSNL is poor but same applies to pvt companies also.

    @BSNL_PB have worst broadband connection and services. Its been 3 months I’m using Bsnl broadband connection never get proper speed in 100mbps plan. Even today Internet stop working and when i call on centre they are giving excuses @Bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate From BSNL network Banking SMS to the number 5676766 is not going from last 12 months. Customer care officials are not rectifying this. They are saying it is a general issue and they are asking to try after some time. So take some action to solve the issue.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL network is not coming in my village Mirchpur district Hisar Haryana for more than two and a half years neither you release funds nor get it resolved then why should you be a public representative

    @g_ashvathkumar @bhak_sala @startupindia We don't have a problem maintaining 10k in Bank Account but we don't want to run from counter to counter in Branch for just getting one small work done. Today it's about Service quality matters. This is why BSNL and all government companies spoiled because of poor quality
