    As of July 2025, BSNL shows recovery with Q3FY25 profit of ₹262 crore (first in 17 years), 7.8% revenue growth to ₹20,841 crore, and 7.4% market share, aided by govt revival packages and 4G/5G rollout. MTNL is in crisis, defaulting on ₹8,585 crore loans, with ₹34,484 crore debt and FY25 net loss of ₹33.27 billion; govt plans to hand operations to BSNL sans merger. Decline stems from high employee costs, debt, delayed 4G, and competition from private firms like Jio. Responsibility: Shared between inefficient PSU management/unions, successive govts' policies favoring privates, and market shifts. Current BJP govt's packages help BSNL but haven't saved MTNL.

    @bsnl_care I received a call from you guys , DM you the number. He kept saying network hain I gave him 2 numbers of bsnl. He was not able to contact. He disconnected

    @amitabhk87 Sir There are lot of greivances regarding working of some central govt department BRO, BSNL doesn't complete in time bound limit. Govt should fix accountability of top officers to complete work in time bound limit. @narendramodi

    @bsnl_care I can’t even make calls or use UPI. No one from your local BSNL office has contacted me or resolved the issue. Same age-old BSNL slow response and negligence. This is why people hesitate to port to BSNL

    Hey @BSNL_Corporate, your SIM card availability is a major issue. airtel & jio SIMs are everywhere, but finding a BSNL one is a struggle. This needs to be fixed to compete. #BSNL #BSNL India @bsnl_care @CMDBSNL

    If Jio centers only cater women and not the men then mention it clearly, people who stood in line for sim replacement aren't your customers? What a shame that you talk about internet speed, 5G technology but accept on cash? To hell with your store BSNL does better service

    Pathetic condition of BSNL Services— Signal Unavailability since one month especially during morning and evening hours, limiting commitments of people. Is this the service we people deserve? try to resolve at the earliest. I would DM the additional details. @bsnl_care @BSNL_KTK
