All Digital networks down. BSNL network has been down for months together. Vodafone down from weeks onwards only Jio functioning normally as usual!!

@BSNL_OR It's been 2 days BSNL broadband services not working. No response from area management team(Bhimatangi). Kindly look into this on priority. This kind of behaviour shows you really want your customers to other brand brand services.

@ragiing_bull Much much better, Sir. Might be in your city it won't Better. In my family we have Airtel, jio n bsnl. BSNL internet doesn't even work. In Airtel, they even resolve our problems quickly

@cgm_mh_bsnl Dear Team I was BSNL postpaid customer with 9420805500 for long time. But Bad network at my place so ported to another network 5 months ago. Still deposit RS 500 is not yet refunded. Frequently visited the nearest bsnl office still not refunded.

Why is the government trying to running BSNL into the ground? Their customer service agents pick up the phone & put it on mute, or they pick it up but do not speak. When we personally visit the exchange, they staff are unavailable, and allegedly in training. @PMOIndia @CMDBSNL
