    Extremely poor connectivity in my area 📶 Jio: Network available but internet speed is unusably slow. ❌ BSNL: No network at all for several months despite repeated complaints. How long should customers suffer? Please resolve this urgently. @JioCare @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

    @sachsyd @shivaguru756 @Sydusm Bsnl’s problems started in 2008 due to legacy workforce issues and failure to modernise their infrastructure for 3G and 4G. It was already crippling when Jio came way later in 2016. Jio could prosper because of the gap created by BSNL- other already established brands like airtel, Vodafone, idea, docomo, uninor could have taken advantage of this too.

    @bsnl_care I had ported Vodafone SIM to BSNL, it worked for 1 minute and then it stopped, network is not coming mobile number 9982335246

    @bsnl_care Today I got two more prepaid connections from BSNL for my family members. BSNL needs to improve the 4G network in my area because the 4G signal is not working properly.

    @A_Kumar_JH BSNL is rolling out indigenous 4G under GoI’s Swadeshi mandate. Some initial issues are expected, but they will be resolved as the network stabilizes.

    @BSNLCorporate Severe network issues at: P/259, Rameshwarpur Rd, Garden Reach, Kolkata 700024 (Landmark: Noori Masjid). Zero 4G coverage here, and 3G is extremely weak/slow. Requesting an urgent site check to improve connectivity in this area. #BSNL #NoNetwork

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care it's most unfortunate that even after more then 15 hours no QR code has been received on my email, though @JM_Scindia is very aggressive to improve the services of #BSNL. Therefore all officials are requested to act upon to support the concern.

    @pillapanda @rRohit269 @TheTradingwolf0 Yes, for BSNL, the inactivity period is 180 days before deactivation. Minimal validity recharge is ₹36 for 15 days (with some calls/data/SMS). Recharge every ~180 days to keep it active, costing ~₹72/year. Dial *123# to check your grace periods. Verify latest with BSNL support.
