And today when i called the CS again, the executive literally ASSURED me that the issue will get resolved by this evening but no technician came or even called me after. I'm done with these false promises. It's been a very unpleasant experience with BSNL. What a pity. @BSNL_KTK

@bsnlbroadband I have tried to register a complaint with the help of bsnl customer care broadband. He didn't even listed to the complaint, disconnected the call. Worst broadband service

@BSNLCorporate Kosi Barrage, Ramnagar BSNL tower signal goes off whenever electricity gone in area. Pathetic service of BSNL in Ramnagar , Uttarakhand town. I hope BSNL tower service person is not eating all the fuel expenses on his personal bank account and this is happening.

@KnottyCommander @KnottyCommander i work for bsnl we give 30 mbps wireless and upto 100 mbps in cable. Sir only problem is the bsnl officials are not marketing it properly.🙏

@KanganaTeam The problem in farm bills If u remember jio offered free net Which led to decline of many companies including BSNL(government) And same is the case here If the company can offer free data So the company can buy food at price 2 time MSP And will led to decline of mandi system
