@BSNLCorporate Hi @BSNLCorporate after multiple compain to deactivate my BSNL ftth account I am still getting bill without using any service. The agent who gave me this bsnl connection is like a scammer. The whole bsnl system seems a scamming company. I think getting BSNL ftth was a mistake.

@BSNLCorporate The staff has not turned up since 3 days. Request escalate the issue. Private players give much better service. We literally have to beg BSNL staff to get our issues resolved.
