As a result, calls to these numbers aren’t going through. Because of this, I’m unable to contact my bank to get my credit card unblocked.

Amrit Vikram Singh (@amritvikrams) reported@BSNL_UPEast @BSNLCorporate BSNL's service is very poor. If the power goes out for five hours, the BSNL network goes down. The BSNL network only comes back on when the power returns. Doesn't BSNL have a backup generator?
