    @Indianinfoguide Only talks and no action on improving services for BSNL. In the last 10 years, government failed in telecom miserably, creating a telecom duopoly. BSNL wasn’t able to adopt latest technology due to lack of government support. Fully a government failure.

    @PMOIndia @JM_Scindia @BSNLCorporate First see that we have BSNL network and talk uninterruptedly. Then declare 4G technology achievement. We are Indian and would like to promote state company. But they cheat us working like an agent. Take action.

    @Vrmakshay1 I purchased bsnl sim in jaipur main city area but there is no network coverage, internet to use he nahi kar paya, because network coverage issue,after 2 month I closed the sim. Poor service

    @MumbaichaDon @jyotiraditya @himantabiswa BSNL IS simply a garbage can. Government should not dump taxpayers' hard earned money. I have vey bad experience. I requested for porting my JIO number to BSNL, a unique gesture, the response from BSNL was totally disgusting. Will never repeat.

    Since Sep 24,I've tried verifying my @Samsung account but haven't received OTPs or verification calls on my BSNL SIM. @BSNLCorporate confirmed no issues on their end. Samsung promised a technical team callback, but nothing happens. No action,no solution. #Samsung #CustomerSupport
