    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLGujOfficial When I asked for a bill after being charged extra, staff denied. At 5 PM he shut the office, and when I said I’ll record a video, he switched off the lights saying “server not working.” Is this the honesty of BSNL? Totally shameful! (2/2)

    A BSNL mob no. 9532976663 is being used by fraudsters running a parcel scam. While pvt telecom operators r alert bcos of the stringent govt rules & regulations, & penalties for non-compliance, but govt telecom sector ! God only help. So beware. @BSNLCorporate @ndtv @TimesNow

    And Whenever I Call BSNL customer care since last 24 hours more than 10 times they simply tell their system is updating and they tell nothing They Are Not Providing Any Help I Request You To please escalate The matter Circle - West Bengal  District - Jalpaiguri City - Jalpaiguri

    @yabhishekhd @bhulani_anjan The 4G which is available in Delhi is not even supported on many older phones due to the PLMN ID issue as BSNL is launching their 4G with a new PLMN ID, i.e. 40439, and that 4G is also useless, extremely patchy and almost no indoor coverage

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 BSNL is not recognising it's SIM in Delhi from 2 days. I ported in BSNL in anticipation of good service but of no use. I urge you Mr CMD please privatize BSNL.
