Gurumoorti hegde (@guru3ti) reportedMaintaining a dual SIM is painful you are literally paying double. And you can’t disconnect one due to poor network coverage in native areas. These providers including BSNL are looting. Simple calling plan, feels like basic is missing !

Meanwhile I still struggle to get the connection after paying the money. Even BSNL was better than this. They never provided service but did not fleece you like @airtelindia

Looks like TCS is far behind and still BSNL is claiming victory. TCS should come clean as to why they are unable to implement these features

Complaint was promptly closed without even rectifying. Earlier too I have raised this issue on CPGRAMS. No response.
