@Airtel_Presence My sister went to the store ,they asked the porting code As the old BSNL sim and new airtel sim is not working, i can give them the old Port code only. And the person at the airtel store was rude and not helpful

I complained many times about ping issue in my bsnl ftth but @BSNLCorporate @bsnlassamcircle not doing anything. Customer service is pathetic. I heard about their customer services before but now I understand why people say bsnl has worst service. Really it's worst.

BSNL just makes excuses . They did not solve my problem till now. Very disappointing BSNL. They are playing with customers by disabling the PORTABILITY NUMBER'1900' . You can also try They shows message not sent @BSNLCorporate @TRAI

FYI @BSNLUPWEST, here's my complaint number 1054495087. Sir @devusinh ji, I hope you will work towards making BSNL more accountable towards its customers and nation at large. It should have been our backbone but lethargic leadership by @BSNLCorporate has let us down.
