    @BSNL_PB I am bsnl prepaid customer since many years. Got recharge on March 5,2021 with 395/plan. Since Yesterday i am facing problem of facing calls. 1503 not working. I want to know the reason why I am unable to place call when my plan is still working.

    is not helping me . they saying 4km way internet is working but they not reached at my village. 143514 is my area pin code and Bagha is my village name .. I can’t believe that bsnl is not helping me now .. if Fiber is not working then atlest provide me simple

    @BSNLCorporate already passed 15 days but problem not yet resolved, all the customer of bsnl are suffering in Sultanpur U.P district. From Gm,agm,sdo an all jto's are trying but unable to find the problem. Really worst service ever experience.

    Worst internet service provider in the World that is Vi network it's speed given 109.6 kbps it's a 4G speed. BSNL also provide better net than Vi network. Shame on Vi network @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIT

    @bsnl_ap_circle there's no BSNL fibernet user in our area.. bsnl office is about 800 to 900 mts from my home.. can I get connection from there or shall i have to move to other fibernet?? Please help

    @BSNLCorporate Bsnl ffth Vendor named Chandrakant More and Banait visited me and told me not to apply for Bsnl Fibre as it is always down and it's not real fibre and clearly denied to provide dual band modem. Please look into this asap.@BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate ,@BSNL_KTK ,@PMOIndia From our house BSNL tower is there within a radius of 2.5kms, But we are not able to make use of your service either for call or data service. Not even a single bar of signal is visible. Really disappointed with your service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Poor service is offered at my home locations. Frequent call drop and very slow internet normally. Have ported my family members to Airtel to get better service than Jio. I think I have to revert or Port to BSNL. Atleast I don't have expectations.
