  Need genuine advice from people living in rural/semi-rural areas. First I installed Jio AirFiber full range everywhere, but internet speed was almost useless most of the time. Then I switched to BSNL fiber speed is actually very good, but the wire cable keeps breaking every few days and the local team fixes it whenever they feel like it. Airtel Fiber and Jio Fiber wired service are not available in my area. So what’s the actual solution for someone who genuinely needs fast and stable internet for work?   @reliancejio worst network,goes of when you need it the most No explanation at all for zero service Monopoly l ike mtnl and service standards as compared to mtnl/bsnl

  @bsnl_care it have been half of month ,still there is no solution .closing my complaint again and again without facing the problem. All bsnl employee are useless 🙏

  @JioCare 10+ days, no resolution. Extremely bad service from Jio.Horrible and inexprienced support team SR: SR0000034S6D9 Issue: UAE → India calls not working (BSNL/Airtel/others) No update despite follow-ups. Need urgent action, status & ETA.

  From the behaviour of BSNL personnel catering its services in rural areas are not at all interested in improving quality of service in rural areas. It seems that they are serving BSNL to make the dream of government “digital India “ a grand failure. Sorry!

  @narendramodi it's really request to our honarable prime minister to see the problem of hike price in telecom industry and also see the validity problem because bsnl price is cheap is ok but networkproblem also cse centre is also not available near myhouse,please hope you help us
