@BSNL_TN I have internet issue last couple of weeks. Today my speed around 5.68Mbps and latency 1641. However my plan near to 200Mbps. This what customer no interested to part of Bsnl. I am planning to move out.

@rsprasad @BSNLCorporate BSNL tower commissioned at Panol(Amarpur) in Bilaspur HP goes off whenever there is power cut in the region. Worst ever services of BSNL in the area. Nobody pay any heed to connectivity problems. Sir please do something to resolve the issue.

@Airtel_Presence As my case reported earlier by @malubhai10 . I ported my BSNL mobile SIM to Airtel postpaid SIM on 17th April by your customer representative Mr Aamir Ali in Bhopal . I was reassured by your customer rep that I will receive my SMS in USA on my upcoming trip.

@airtelbank The good thing is that, Your network is just carbage particularly from last 2 to 3 months. I am using Airtel since 2007 but now i have taken Jio Net, it seems you want to divert ppl from Airtel to other willingly. In my area BSNL 3G works greater then ur 4G. And its not handset p

@BSNL_TN ,data speed is only less than 40kbps, latency is 220 Ms. When the issue may get resolve? Are u guys are doing intentionally to reduce BSNL customer base?
