    @BSNLCorporate hello.. I called BSNL customer care to temporary block my sim as I lost my phone which has BSNL sim in it. It's not blocked yet... It should be done as soon as possible since it could be misused.

    @aldebaran14 Update: Got BSNL FTTH connection. They had to draw wire for the last 250m & set up a private PON box. I opted for 2K/month plan which quotes 25 mbps. Speeds: down ~20mbps, up: ~60mbps. Latency: ~35ms-40ms to Chennai. Bonus: BSNL FTTH supports VoIP. They gave a fancy number

    @BSNLCorporate @vishalgoel003 vishalji it is BSNL standard reply that "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, BSNL assures prompt action to resolve your grievance." but sir it never happen I lodged second complaint today as BSNL them self declared that my problem is resolved

    @BSNLCorporate from last 1 week I,m trying to get BSNL FTTH at my location- chhatripur,vivekpuram colony, varanasi-221003 my area alredy have fibre wire but the service provider is delaying for the connection.

    @OfficeOfRSP sir, please look into BSNL customer service, they dnt bother complaint. Even no one in office hours, no one attending office numbers (03672258777, 03712252186) in working hours. If we don't get service of hard earned money then don't give salary to these people.
