    BSNL network has become weak in our area. It was perfectly fine 1 month ago.I have complained many times but there is no improvement. And now it runs worse than 2G net. When the country is moving towards 5G, BSNL is moving towards 2G. My do.= G2659001542 @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate.

    @BSNLCorporate Problem still exists. I think BSNL makes enough money and can/should atleast get power backup fixed in their Sangaria ( Jodhpur) exchange.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @nsitharaman Whenever we book on faulty land line, within 5-6 hours, we get an SMS that your complaint has been resolved...How do you expect BSNL survival? I am a regular income taxpayer, but now feel guilty as my money is in very inefficient hands.

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL prepaid sim, unable to Send PORT message to 1900. Other messages are working. Kindly look into the matter ASAP. Yesterday spoke to customer care but they didn't resolve the issue. Tried contacting but customer care always busy. Please Resolve. Thanks
