The jio engineer who visited us said there is a break in wire on the terrace(which is locked). As it's a Sunday the wire isn't available(felt like old BSNL). The BSNL App shows a system error, WhatsApp linking fails, and 1800-4444 is constantly busy. Please register a ticket immediately and resolve this.
