    @ImAvudaiappan BSNL never refused 5 G or latest technology. Govt has to support them like other private competitors.

    @govind_m20 Hello, I am glad to know that. It would be best if you get in touch with the BSNL customer case for further assistance. If other SIM cards are working fine with the device, there shouldn't be a problem with the device. I will still update our team for a callback. Thanks- Brahma
