@BSNLCorporate I have been trying to reduce my monthly BSNL broadband plan for months and years now. Only option you guys give is to pay more and upgrade. Why is there no downgrading option? I want to downgrade my plan immediately. Please help.

Its huge time now BSNL website complaint and request should be given priority. but still no action is taken on website request. How BSNL can improve without proper investigation. Lower level employee wii end up looting customers 😭@narendramodi

@BSNL_AS @BSNLCorporate why every otherday BSNL network is unavailable for 2-3 days? Who is accountable for such continuous harassment and who will compensate validity? 28 days pack network stays hardly for 10 days @DoT_India
