    @pgm_pune_bsnl pathetic service, it's more than 10 days we have lodged complaint for our telephone no. 202-24373110. Our phone is dead and BSNL employees are not responding to our written complaints. Even our mails are not responded.

    @BSNLCorporate Which one is correct ? a) information displayed on your website (that helps to make a choice) or b) information provided by the customer care personnel? If (a) is correct, then BSNL is misleading the customers.
