    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate My issue is not yet resolved very disappointed to face such issues and after so many tweets also no resolution also there is no response from the department. @AshwiniVaishnaw sir nobody is listening not at all satisfied with made in india BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint number: 16437947302 My issue hasn't been resolved yet, but the complaint has been marked resolved. It's getting very frustrating now. It's been a week since there is constant packet loss almost all the time for every BSNL fiber connection in Imphal.
