    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    My Data is not working properly when ever I do on my Data my network gets Blank and after its shows Data H+ in place of 4G volte . Bdw Days Are Upgrading to 5G when do BSNL be able to go for proper support for 4G volte? ...

    @BSNL_UPW Sir, I did BSNL recharge yesterday with 75 rupees for 30 days but I am not able to dial any number. what is this ? Same thing happened with mother's BSNL mobile. Please resolve the issue. 🤔
