    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    BJP ideology doesn't suit TELANGANA,T ppl are industrious and BJP way is capitalist system and T ppl hate it. MODI allows pvt corp to **** PSUs. Just, imagine, why public enterprise BSNL,can't do good? It is govt, not allowing it function good, to divert customer to pvt

    @BSNLCorporate why the bsnl selfcare app is not working properly? Lost money on two occasions while trying to recharge...money gets debited but no recharge happening...Please look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for now Atleast 3G network is working with electricity. Please improve your service, customers will surely connect with bsnl because every 4G network other than bsnl is running 3G in the name of 4G. Please upgrade 4G as soon as possible in our city Mau

    @svembu 1 glitch in zoho products is that they don’t load up on BSNL Wi-Fi network. The support team mentioned the same and asked to get it corrected at BSNL end. But it’s nearly impossible to do it this side. Can something be done? Rural area.

    The quality of Internet in India is as cheap as the rates. How unstable the speed is! No matter whichever Network Provider you choose, all of them have terrible problems! @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare .And I don’t even want to mention BSNL here. All of them, TERRIBLE!

    @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia Why Bsnl is so irresponsible in handing customers complaints?their mobile helpline won't work for weeks together,even if it works once in bluemoon the complaint won'tbe resolved!no network inside d house. 7thpay salary,40k crore budget!
