    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    We the BSNL customers of this area are facing network issues at Midnight till morning. Your so called indigenous technology 4G tower is installed nearby and working only from morning to 11pm. After that, your network signal collapses constantly.

    @BSNL_KTK @bsnl_care I stay at Belathur Main Road Kadugodi Bengaluru area. No BSNL network once I enter in home. Wifi calling option is disabled for BSNL while works fine for airtel and jio. Issue resolution required.

    @TelecomTalk DoT and telecom minister sir instructed BSNL to raise its ARPU to 200 rs. So yes, Bsnl hasn't increased its plan price but is continuously reducing its validity.But its ok to charge more but with a good service.

    After a costly recharge.. Jio telecom service are poor than bsnl.. Rise of crony capitalism .. With no one resolve issues.. Customer are becoming victim.. North region.. Up. Top country in terms of recharge.. But private players have no credibility.

    @BSNLCorporate I want to change my BSNL fiber plan. Interestingly, if u opt for upgrade plan, u can do it online. However, if want to downgrade the plan, u need to visit BSNL office. What kind of logic it is? Will u call it customer-centric? Kindly look @Officejmscindia .

    Mtnl delhi Rajauri garden sanchaar haat is not giving Rs 1 bsnl new sim offer to delhi customer they are giving Rs 153 plan for new customer saying that this is not valid in delhi depriving customer of nct delhi

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 How will you share if there is No Network or Roaming BSNL doesn't have network in Ulhasnagar Maharashtra BSNL doesn't have Roaming in Mumbai So you cannot Share You cannot Care
