    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Even with 4G/5G rolling out, service quality remains inconsistent. Relying solely on current indigenous stacks isn't enough to compete. BSNL needs to integrate global tier-1 equipment from Samsung, Nokia, or Ericsson to ensure network stability and speed. 📶 #BSNL

    @bsnl_care I have 3 bsnl mobil connection in my family including myself. I have made made complains regarding connectivity problem in my Panchsheel Nagar area but bsnl authorities have not taken any actionon my complain and complain docket were closed without listening solving.

    @Ravisutanjani Why can't BSNL make its service free for a few months like Jio did around its launch? The government is already spending a lot of money on BSNL and by making it free for a few months, BSNL could attract a lot of new users. Spectrum belongs to the government and they can do it.

    @Ravisutanjani They only have to do acquire new users increase their availability. In fact, I live in Patna. I didn’t get (Bsnl) network just for call and Anishabad BSNL office just 3 km far from my home. How ******** they want to increase their customer? Was this kind of network # Sarkari Babu
