    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNL_PB Hello sir, I talk Field service manager but he answered like that, we can't solve for one per person so quickly. That words not good for customer because i trust on bsnl that i choose bsnl service.

    @BSNLCorporate @bankimbiswas it seems they will never allow BSNL to launch 4G. So it may take 3 yrs to launch 4g ?

    @BSNLCorporate Problem didn't solve. Fiber plan downgrade ( for changing plan ) online through bsnl self-care portal didn't implemented.
