  I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

  My biggest wrong decision I choose BSNL as my secondary connection... I paid rs.147 amount deducted but recharge failed worst server ever. If you afford never purchase BSNL go for Airtel or Vi.. I am already using Airtel that's fantastic now i want @ViCustomerCare for 2nd sim.

  @bsnl_care @BSNL_HR @BSNLCorporate i received a bill of my broadband of ₹2138 when i tried to pay it through amazon pay it shows bill of ₹1 and i paid that ₹1 through UPI and now when i tried to fetch the bill now it shows no pending bill over bsnl care app also plzz help.

  My #BSNL 4G complaint was marked closed, but the issue is still unresolved. 📉 Upload speed continues to drop to 0.2–0.6 Mbps (sometimes near 0), making video calls and online work impossible. 📊 Speedtest history clearly shows this is a recurring problem (screenshots attached)

  @firebase25 as a bjp supporter i feel bad for the country. We have isro, satellite builders,airtel,bsnl,jio etc everything still we are allowing starlink, it will cost INDIA so much, you are just giving pakistan to take terror to next level.

  @BSNL_CHTD now i can understand why everyone is not opting for bsnl. Worst customer service. For getting e sim for the existing no you people are asking me to travel 15 kms. All others have a decent online process.

  @JM_Scindia we are upset with the unprofessional and unethical behaviour of @BSNLCorporate, the students can't get the call/Network in Rangwasa Indore 453331 and engineering team of BSNL closed the network complaints without providing any resolution. It is over 25 years now.
