    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @BSNLCorporate Every alternate day I face this issue - network disconnects all of sudden, no network when bescom power goes off. I can prove the same. What is actual problem? Ive been using BSNL for more than 10 yrs and not happy with network issues these days. May be a good time to switch

    In Gorakhpur district there is no electricity from 9 am to 5 pm and BSNL network is also closed from 9 am to 5 pm because there are no generators available in the exchange... no electricity no internet but we have to pay the bill on time @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe @myogioffice

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Sir, i want to bring to your attention that my complaint number on my dead BSNL landline telephone is not being attended to. It is dead for the past 4 days. Area code is 080 (Bangalore) and complaint reference number is 130914499212. Pls have someone look into it
