I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

@TalkToBSNLCGMOD How long it takes to refund security deposit against submission of Land Lines? 03262980257 surrendered on 13th June and refund not yet received.JEE & AO blaming each other. This is work ethic & customer support of BSNL?

@MTNLMbiOfficial I am user of BSNL mobile presently residing at Vista 3 Address Complex Ghatkopar West Mumbai. BSNL mobile network is very poor here. Even OTP messages are being received after 15 minutes. In between the sessions are timed out. Needs some improvements.

@BSNLCorporate i want to port out of BSNL (THANKS TO THE PATHETIC SERVICE). I am unable to send sms to 1900. Balance is about Rs10. I read online that I mist recharge. Even the recharge is unsuccessful bcz of server issues. This is peak BSNL. Inconvenience at it max. Kindly help.
