    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @SyedBurhanuldin Oh, Slow speeds are normal with BSNL. Please ask Ambani to provide a Reliance Network. Apparently it works. I presume you still don’t have Airtel in Kashmir.
