  I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

  @CMDBSNL please assist. The service of BSNL is becoming very bad. We like BSNL Landline and Fibre to Home connection. But frequent disruptions and response from service provider is very disappointing.

  @BSNLCorporate Dear sir/Madam This is to inform you that I am a BSNL customer and I have recharged my number but if we call to my BSNL number from other number its coming as switch off. And network is also not coming. I have taken vaccination of covid.
