    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    Hello @ViCustomerCare , please respond to messages. I think only your network has issues with Volte services. Airtel and Jio are providing good Volte services. Every month i am facing volte issues with your network. Even Bsnl with 3G network is better than your 4G. Please call me

    Dear #bsnl I wanted to have a BSNL fibre connection ! But the office is stating that wire cannot be extended to place I am living at as it is 2.5 km away . Please solve the issue by providing any Air fibre ! Or provide 4G in our area . @BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate

    @CMDBSNL sir, BSNL mobile service completely dead in Chaibasa-833201, Dist West Singhbhum,Jharkhand. This is a regular affair and quite normal. BSNL officers are least concerned and indifferent in attitude & Gross negligent.

    @BSNL_TN in the village Tharuvaikulam, near Tuticorin the BSNL network is down whenever there is no electricity. Can't you provide backup power to the BSNL network? Why would someone use BSNL in this situation?

(DTH Team) either train them or replace them...hope its clear...if you want me to fill a form that i can't do
