    I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

    @IndiaFirst2022 @adityakalra @PiyushGoyal So you are ok if Reliance kills Idea, Vodafone and all other service providers but not Amazon. With help of Modi, Reliance is killing BSNL / MTNL as well and there will only be Jio. That is also OK. also Reliance has created monopoly in specific plastic industry. That's OK too

    Internet companies(even BSNL) don’t get permissions to take wore across the railway lines for a personal connection. This problem has existed since forever in India. Why can’t these two ministries(@pib_comm and @RailMinIndia) work together?

    @DoT_India After a repeated complaint and approach to BSNL Rep no one attending the problem and closed the complaint against Phone no 0291-2942847 Comp dated 04 Aug 21 still pending. I approached to Mr Neeraj Rep looking my area and promised to resolved but still pending.

    @BSNL_KTK Dear BSNL it's almost become impossible to continue service with you. Every week you have more than 5 to 6 times internet goes down. Server down, line down, outage. How do u expect us to continue in this way.

    @BSNLCorporate, @BSNL_MH my bsnl landline connection( maharastra kolhapur district, Gadhinglaj taluk)is not working from July 20th, 2021. After giving complaints also, they have not rectified, but they're sending bills. Now, I want to permanently disconnect BSNL connection.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @devusinh Thanks for your efforts to revive BSNL . Particularly with in a short period @devusinh had visited twice the BSNL Hqrs . I appeal to you both to arrange for wages to the thousands of poor contract labourers which is unpaid for the past ten months.
