  I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

  @aigetoachq @BDM_BSNL 1/ Wholeheartedly support the representation submitted by BDM on the DoT OM dated 09.04.2026. Any sincere attempt at HR reform in BSNL must begin with respecting and involving the regular workforce.

  @Ravisutanjani Government looted 3.22 lakh crores of public money in the cover of @BSNLCorporate . Remember Sangam Snan of one of their officials a few months ago? There are lakhs of such visits. Government has no business in business. @JM_Scindia shut down BSNL.
