  I just spoke to a BSNL Fibernet customer service agent (Anish James) to complain about download speed to be very slow like 21 mbps (as promised 100 MBPS) and very unprofessional attitude of asking myself to solve the issue for speed issues since he has no idea. @BSNL_KL

  @BSNLEmployees @BSNLCorporate When i was working in airtel and i had to deal with BSNL employees.Such a pain.....they were lazy arrogant and irresponsible. thats the main reason BSNL can never compete.

  @askvipendra Sir, 3 G ,4G 5G connectivity is not stable. I get only 1 point on our phones, most of the time ( Airtel, BSNL, Jio & IDEA) in our farm home . How to solve it? Since my son works from home, he is facing a lot of connectivity issues. Please, can you suggest any solution?

  @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH To BSNL, The BSNL network in my area has become completely useless. I am not getting proper range, nor is my data internet working. YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, none of the apps are working. The network repeatedly switches from 4G → H+ → E.

  @BSNLEmployees @BSNLCorporate Actually they need to first increase the quality of indoor coverage of 4g. Always signal strength is above -101dbm. Only when outside the 4g works properly. There is also another issue when data is on calls don't receive on the phone. They need to solve this issues first. #BSNL

  @BSNLEmployees BSNL is investing all of its resources for getting obsolete 4G tech that too from a company who has no experience, who is not a equipment manufacturer who failed to provide core technology after so many years, has supplied BSNL extremely poor 4G equipment.
