    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I recharged my number with Rs 48 but now it says there is no validity in this voucher. While the info on the portal said, 30 days validity. I have ported to bsnl just recently. Please help.

    @BSNLCorporate successfully ported one of my #vodafoneidea number yesterday. Inserted the #BSNL sim just an hour ago. But having the issue of outgoing calls. Checked with the incoming calls, it's fine. But whenever I'm trying to call anyone, it's not connecting. Please check!

Had a very bad experience with BSNL GM JAMSHEDPUR. They do not to work. Habituated to send adverse report. Harras public. Works for bribe.

    Again without visit my complain is closed what the bad service providing jio fiber very bad I suggest to coustomer please think twice before purches jio fiber service total fraud company jio. AS Compare to Airtel fiber is best and service is also best bsnl fiber is also best..

    @BSNLCorporate There is no BSNL Network in Jamshedpur, Bistupur, at P D Mansion Ground Floor from 22nd Aug. Regarding this I have complaint but there is no response. Plz do something else I'll port my number to other best service provider. My no. is 9431329450.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD broadband FTTH services ( against phone 0657-2957220) down for the last 3 days... Don't know what is the problem. 3rd party vendor is saying line is ok ...there is problem from bsnl end. Feeling helpless.

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia We draw your kind attention to BSNL customer service phone line waiting which is exceeding 20mins.. wait at 8am.. please arrange for better contact services situation...BSNL is all round burden on customer. Government telecommunication should improve.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLJHARKHAND Raised a request to change of bsnl fibre plan to Bharat Fiber BB - Fibre Premium with Request No- 15699800978,since 4 days.There is no update.Kindly do the needful asap. @rsprasad kindly look into it, plz improve service quality.

    @BSNL_JKD @BSNLCorporate I recieve BSNL bills on time but not service. Bought new landline but connection not yet stabilised, its more than 2 weeks no is taking the responsibility. Who should I reach now. @JharkhandCMO

    @BSNL_JKD Broadband connectivity is very poor in Jamshedpur. After several complaints problem still unresolved. Your senior employees are responsible for such type of poor condition of BSNL. 0657-2321575

    @jangidjk1998 @BSNLCorporate @bsnlrajasthan Don't think of BSNL as primary sim for net browsing until & unless they start their 4G network. For secondary SIM, it's best with reasonable validity recharges. But now BSNL also increasing their tariffs. For net browsing you can go for Jio or Airtel (as per your convenience).

    @JioCare Now installation is pending from 13th March, installation date got multiple reshedule.i can't wait any fix it by EOD or else refund.i will get bsnl @BSNL_JKD need fiber at home

    @PMOIndia @narenderamodi_ @nsitharaman BSNL has been in trouble since the last 10 years due to poor government policies and delays in bringing new infrastructure. In JAMSHEDPUR, BSNL is the most corrupted. Please do not provide financial aid.

    @jcrajan00 @sundarmail They can’t be separated IMO. Monopoly guarantees employment, competition doesn’t. It results in BSNL kind of situation, which isn’t sustainable. As I mentioned earlier, no near term solution is in sight unfortunately.

    @BSNL_PB Very poor service from BSNL. I called 18004444 regarding an extra ₹400 being charged every month on my bill. I requested the representative to check the issue, but instead of helping, she misbehaved and said “our system isn’t working, call back later.” @BSNLCorporate

    away from BSNL MOBILE BTS earlier when Nokia ZTE Ericsson Mobile network antennas was operational that time you have received (-69 dBm) 2G signal RXL & after the replacement of antennas with TCS antennas the 2G signal RXL dropped at (-95 dBm) & 4G no needs to be mentioned {2}

    @bsnl_care Hi JAI HIND I having no issues with BSNL nor I am a customer of BSNL . I have just updated an ignorant person who thought there is only 1 mobile operator JIO I answered him that AIRTEL Vodafone BSNL are also mobile service providers. I hope I have made myself clear

    @mr_mayank As I previously stated, I only use V! & BSNL. I know both have very limited data speeds, and anyway, they won't treat people in two ways, if V! treats you, BSNL won't treat you like that. (1/2)
