    @pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

    @unraveaero @JSR_Sunshines I was one of the oldest clients of BSNL landline, then mobile, then broad band in my locality but I had to surrender after experiencing repeated problems of connectivity and tarrif issues. Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @narendramodi Sir, I am Niladri from Damanabhumi, Ps Jankia Dist Khurda Odisha. I have HP gas dealership and I work online as freelancer. Internet of BSNL not here. I was work before 2 years using wimax of BSNL and it has been dead by department. Please help me to get better internet.Thanks

    For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

    @ViCustomerCare this is really disgusting. You people domt have a single sms plan for combo plans? Y should a customer buy huge plans for sms. Now i am not able to add my bank for upi. Will port my sim to jio or bsnl better

    Hv broadband also n out of order since more than a month. 0674-2370725. already make requested n visited BSNL office but still not restored... I think we can not rely on the BSNL anymore n need to shift to private players due to service quality. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @rsprsad @DoT_India even if my repeated appeal BSNL not corrected my dead phone even if one month passed vide complain no.15486505242.hence I am compelled to surrender the landline on 28th June. Because of this poor support BSNL is at loss. Thank you BSNL

    @BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate I am paying 1613 rs for a simple broadband plan of BSNL in Bhubaneswar,Odisha and every 4-5 days there is a downtime of 2-3 days due to lame excuses like fibre cut, technical issues etc. No SLA's no ETA's.Give me a reason to support BSNL.

    BSNL has become deaf and dump and not even caring social media. Yesterday for some time BB service was perfect but today it is hopeless. Nobody is lifting phone in exchange. Perhaps only moto to cheat the public like me.

    @Thor_baba_420 @BSNLCorporate Wohi yaar! Govt. Khud nehi chahata BSNL jaise age jaye aur customer service better kare.. thats y pvt party are ruling and its not that BSNL plans are at subscribed rates. Plans v bsnl ka same h almost to other operators but still itni ghatiya service 🙏

    After facing problems of Broadband, I applied for Fiber connection. I have paid my fees and deposited Demand Note in respective BSNL branch. But still no response for this. When I call BSNL SDO, Mcs, BBSR nobody receive the call.@BSNLCorporate

    @Vodacom I stay in Sahid Nagar and work in Mancheswar. Both the places your network is worse than the BSNL

    @BSNL_OR why not bsnl is providing me fiber optics when we talked to the service incharge of the respective area saying if more two neighbouring homes will ask for connection then only we provide otherwise we have to bear the cable charge upto my home, what's this..

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Don’t understand how the other operators can provide uninterrupted service whereas the Govt owned n financed by taxpayers money our own BSNL failed miserably. I hv subscribe broad band n FTTH both, now planning to shift to Pvt operators.1/2

    @BSNL_OR I hve surrendered my BB connection 0674-2957833 on 28/07/2021 & got confirmation frm yr office in BBSR, waiting 4 refund of deposit amount. Today I received email & SMS from BSNL that yr new connection is active frm 31/07/2021. What is this? Can someone help me more.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw - Sir, even after posting a message to you and BSNL reverting back, I still haven't succeeded in gettin a fibre connection in Mumbai. @bsnl_care did call, but the right dept has not, and I am still waiting. Customer acquisition needs to get way better, I believe.

    I complained about my WiFi issue on 23-05 at 10 AM, but customer care called me on 25-05 at 5 PM. This clearly shows how slow and useless your service has become. I am fed up with BSNL now. Please tell me how I can permanently disconnect this connection online @bsnl_care #BSNL

    @bsnl_care @PMOIndia How long it takes to correct a wrong billing when AO(TRA) Cuttack has already put up a proposal for reversal of the wrong charges levied ? Doesn’t BSNL have a prescribed time line for resolution?

    @imrankehwah During the 2019 communications blackout, the J and K govt issued these specific BSNL phone numbers to essential officials to maintain administrative operations. Today, these numbers are restricted or inactive, meaning they are no longer useful or accessible to the general public.
