    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate #BSNL Broadband was worse than mobile data since 4 months. Now landline down since 1 month. But getting full bill for months service. After lodging complain the contact no of retired linesman are given via SMS. Unacceptable service by BSNL in Bhubaneswar.

    @unraveaero @JSR_Sunshines I was one of the oldest clients of BSNL landline, then mobile, then broad band in my locality but I had to surrender after experiencing repeated problems of connectivity and tarrif issues. Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

    BSNL has become deaf and dump and not even caring social media. Yesterday for some time BB service was perfect but today it is hopeless. Nobody is lifting phone in exchange. Perhaps only moto to cheat the public like me.

    @BSNL_OR I have applied BSNL ftth but I have been told there is no dual band support only 2.4ghz support available no 5ghz support is it right information. @BSNLCorporate

    @ViCustomerCare this is really disgusting. You people domt have a single sms plan for combo plans? Y should a customer buy huge plans for sms. Now i am not able to add my bank for upi. Will port my sim to jio or bsnl better

    @lan2in @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @DoT_India @rsprasad @PMOIndia This is the main cause of bsnl down fall. No prompt action to resolve any issue. Staff are very casual way they respond any issue you raise. Whatever offer they give... after sale service is the worst

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR Hi sim network is going on and off frequently. I have 3 other bsnl operators in my family but none of them fave any issues...and this has started after i have ported my sim from VI to Bsnl. This is my 2nd time raising the issue.

    @snaik_bsnl @PrakashJavdekar time to move out of BSNL,may it be land-line, fiber BB connection. Insensitive team. Since 48 hours complete blackout in Bhubaneswar , neither the local SDO, maintenance team nore customer care , can b reached. Pathetic service during online classes @BSNL_OR

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

    Hv broadband also n out of order since more than a month. 0674-2370725. already make requested n visited BSNL office but still not restored... I think we can not rely on the BSNL anymore n need to shift to private players due to service quality. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad

    @Thor_baba_420 @BSNLCorporate Wohi yaar! Govt. Khud nehi chahata BSNL jaise age jaye aur customer service better kare.. thats y pvt party are ruling and its not that BSNL plans are at subscribed rates. Plans v bsnl ka same h almost to other operators but still itni ghatiya service 🙏

    @bsnl_care I have ported from private operator to BSNL to support the company but pathetic network in Kerala! Not able to call no data service! Not able to even pay through UPI when standing on main city junction. This is the problem

    @bsnl_care I've harassed the entire BSNL system by complaining about the network being out of reach. Please don't act on my complaint. Next time, I won't bring a BSNL phone. A conscious citizen must prioritize BSNL's convenience and comfort. thanking you.
