    @BSNL_OR for past 3day I don't have internet access. no one listening from the local vendors. the local technician is so shameless that he even said to terminate the service if i have network issue. @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate can you please tell it's BSNL the owner or the vendor?

    @pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

    Its been 24 hr there is no internet from BSNL Broadband in Kantapada, Cuttack.Completely Down. If you can't give continuous support then kindly don't commit it. Its pathetic that SDO, Cuttack even customer service. No one responding. 🤬 @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @BSNL_OR

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @rsprsad @DoT_India even if my repeated appeal BSNL not corrected my dead phone even if one month passed vide complain no.15486505242.hence I am compelled to surrender the landline on 28th June. Because of this poor support BSNL is at loss. Thank you BSNL

    @unraveaero @JSR_Sunshines I was one of the oldest clients of BSNL landline, then mobile, then broad band in my locality but I had to surrender after experiencing repeated problems of connectivity and tarrif issues. Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

    @BSNL_OR I hve surrendered my BB connection 0674-2957833 on 28/07/2021 & got confirmation frm yr office in BBSR, waiting 4 refund of deposit amount. Today I received email & SMS from BSNL that yr new connection is active frm 31/07/2021. What is this? Can someone help me more.

    @cpbbsrctc @odisha_police This number is 9883597044 is calling and told calling from bsnl customer care, and told to download team viewer to access to phone and then he told to recharge your mobile number of RS. 11 on card only sir he was on another call please find out.

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate #BSNL Broadband was worse than mobile data since 4 months. Now landline down since 1 month. But getting full bill for months service. After lodging complain the contact no of retired linesman are given via SMS. Unacceptable service by BSNL in Bhubaneswar.

    @snaik_bsnl @PrakashJavdekar time to move out of BSNL,may it be land-line, fiber BB connection. Insensitive team. Since 48 hours complete blackout in Bhubaneswar , neither the local SDO, maintenance team nore customer care , can b reached. Pathetic service during online classes @BSNL_OR

    @BSNL_OR why not bsnl is providing me fiber optics when we talked to the service incharge of the respective area saying if more two neighbouring homes will ask for connection then only we provide otherwise we have to bear the cable charge upto my home, what's this..

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No one should take BSNL connection, they are useless, you take connection once and you will regret for ever. From last 2 months I am asking to disconnect my service, have turned off modem but still getting bills as they don't disconnected the service.

    @bsnl_care Posted via #Airtel sim 4m the same location as givn in the previous posts. It's 16:50 & #BSNL 4G network was available only 4 few minutes but b4 I could finish composing this issue, it vanished completely. Since BSNL data network vanished, so I posted via Airtel network. Pathetic

    @IndianTechGuide Duopoly in telecom is eventually going to hit end consumers hard. Hikes of 10–15% every 12 or 18 months just aren’t sustainable in a lower middle income country like ours, but people won’t have much of a choice. I use Vi, and honestly it’s been fine for me. The network is decent, they’re rolling out 5G, and I don’t have major complaints. But if Jio and Airtel raise tariffs, Vi gets a clear path to follow. As for BSNL, I still don’t think it’s a reliable alternative at this point. The network is inconsistent, mobile data is patchy in many places, and that limits competitive pressure on the private players.
