@BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

@manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

@DoT_India ,@rsprasad ,@TRAI My BSNL landline is dead frm 27th may20,my complain no.15486505242.even if repeated mails, twitter complains,mail to appellate authority,talking with customer care has no effect till date.more over BSNL has sent me the bill which is attached.very sad

For your information, our landline is the ONLY connection left in our entire area. People have disconnected the lines due to bad service. Still we have trusted BSNL and kept the connection alive. But all our complains fell on deaf ears since 3 months. It's really irritating.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @rsprsad @DoT_India even if my repeated appeal BSNL not corrected my dead phone even if one month passed vide complain no.15486505242.hence I am compelled to surrender the landline on 28th June. Because of this poor support BSNL is at loss. Thank you BSNL

@TRAI BSNL Odisha has send me the bill for the month of June even if my phone is dead since27.5.2020 which I have paid also as I am going to surrender the phone(0674)2420900 today 30th Junefor BSNL very callous attitude & poor service.kindly look into the matter.

Broadband plans from Airtel, BSNL, Tata Sky, Reliance Jio and others under Rs 1,000 @toi request you to give right information. Reliance Jio and Airtel's 4G network speed is very bad. Raised data speed issue since Feb and no resolution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@BaluGorade Few Issues, You can't buy BSNL from normal mobile shop like Airtel or Jio. You have to visit their office no how far their office is. I once tried to buy their sim card, I went to the office and the govt. official sitting their said jab hum call karenge ap tab aana, jo banda SIM card dega vo bahr gaya hai kisi kam se. Aur mai dobara nhi gaya😌

@BaluGorade In my village, BSNL was initially the only available network, and everyone used it. However, due to poor network connectivity and unreliable service, people switched to Airtel and Jio. Nowadays, even Airtel and Jio are providing very poor internet speeds and inconsistent service.
