@pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

After facing problems of Broadband, I applied for Fiber connection. I have paid my fees and deposited Demand Note in respective BSNL branch. But still no response for this. When I call BSNL SDO, Mcs, BBSR nobody receive the call.@BSNLCorporate

@AshishEdsikar @elonmusk Hmmmm.... Fiber Cable kahan milega bolo... wahi karna baki hai. BSNL apply kiye hue 2 months ho gaye. Uske like grievance portal me complaint, ussme bhi last update 10th August ka tha... ab #atmanirbhar hi hu! Full.

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

@NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl It's 48 hours now, complete blackout in Patia area. Incentive team of BSNL. Seems BSNL is rolling out a supportive strategy for JioFiber. Customers can move to avail the much awaited service at competitive cost.

@BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

@BSNLCorporate @snaik_bsnl Great to hear this slogan but the reality is opposite, since last evening no Opt.fiber connections in Kanan Vihar -Phase 2 , BBSR. I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

@NalinisKitchen Airtel and Jio basically run the show, controlling around 75% of the market and both have been quietly hiking prices. VI and BSNL? They are barely hanging on. India really needs some fierce competition to shake things up and keep costs down. Maybe a stronger VI or BSNL could save the day

Because of this incorrect date range, my office is not accepting the bill for reimbursement. The local BSNL office says it’s a “printing issue” and cannot be corrected. This is not acceptable, and it seems to be a common issue across BSNL customers.
