Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

Their entire broadband system is practically in the "ICU" and absolutely no official wants to take any responsibility for it! If a customer complains about faulty internet, they casually take 15 to 20 days just to fix a basic issue.

Both office and home has WiFi and there is no point in getting a high priced internet pack for 1/2 hrs per day.
