You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

The state delivers corrupt, inefficient, ill designed products/solutions. I'd never go to a govt hospital. I'll never use BSNL. I'd rather use helicopter than drive on Indian roads.
