    @BSNLCorporate 4 days continuing bsnl no action taken yet. Called to customer service the guy is saying go to bsnl office. I won't be surprise if they recommend jio fiber

    @snaik_bsnl @PrakashJavdekar time to move out of BSNL,may it be land-line, fiber BB connection. Insensitive team. Since 48 hours complete blackout in Bhubaneswar , neither the local SDO, maintenance team nore customer care , can b reached. Pathetic service during online classes @BSNL_OR

    @lan2in @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt @DoT_India @rsprasad @PMOIndia This is the main cause of bsnl down fall. No prompt action to resolve any issue. Staff are very casual way they respond any issue you raise. Whatever offer they give... after sale service is the worst

    @CMDBSNL, @BSNLCorporate, @Bsnlodisha Mr Purwar , Plz look into this. Phone dead from 15th March.SDo Raghunath Behera not responding to complains here.Due to such pathetic service of BSNL, people are moving to private operators and Bsnl crying we are at loss. .

    @BSNL_OR Dear Sir/Ma'am Thanks for your quick response. BSNL network tower is 2km distance from my location. I think the permanent solution for this issue is New BSNL Network Tower in my area. If it possible then issue will be solved permanently.

    -also the franchise owner.But no one is there to support us.For which we all bsnl broadband consumer suffering a lot of problems and facing lot of issues which impact in our day today professional and students life .So kindly take necessary action and solve this problem ASAP .

    @JioCare Hi, it seems that the fiber speed has been reduced and frequent net drop. I switched from bsnl fiber to jio fiber for a better service but seems like a doomsday ahead 🥺🤐

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate We used BSNL land line since 2004. Service quality is bad these days & now it's completely dead since 3 months. Irony is BSNL is still sending us bills. Restore the service or disconnect the land line permanently. Ac No: 8000810869

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Today local bsnl office JTO Mr.Baral informed me that the cable need to be replaced..its been more than 10days without internet..but we are paying the full bill amount..Need a waiver and permanent fix to my connection

    @BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate @rsprasad Don’t understand how the other operators can provide uninterrupted service whereas the Govt owned n financed by taxpayers money our own BSNL failed miserably. I hv subscribe broad band n FTTH both, now planning to shift to Pvt operators.1/2

    @BSNL_OR , Broadband connectivity is unavailable from today 7 AM in Kantapada, Cuttack. Why such a bad internet service. This is not acceptable from BSNL. @BSNLCorporate

    @akv_vka Sir, I am senior citizen patient in difficulty. Houserent of BSNL exchange at NISCHINTAKOILI Cuttack district Odisha not received six months from sept to Feb. 22 mail sent but no reply. Please help and instruct BSNL Cuttack for rent payment. Regards

    After facing problems of Broadband, I applied for Fiber connection. I have paid my fees and deposited Demand Note in respective BSNL branch. But still no response for this. When I call BSNL SDO, Mcs, BBSR nobody receive the call.@BSNLCorporate

    BSNL has become deaf and dump and not even caring social media. Yesterday for some time BB service was perfect but today it is hopeless. Nobody is lifting phone in exchange. Perhaps only moto to cheat the public like me.

    @Parag_Kar In Kerala, Airtel has 4.6 MHz instead of 10 MHz in the 900 MHz band. If that 4.6 MHz is repurposed for VoNR priority services, we’ll be screwed in district like Idukki! By the way, BSNL is running as empty network here, with speeds hitting 40 Mbps. I think I’ll switch to BSNL.

    BSNL broadband bill silently increased from ₹518 to ₹618 in just 2 years ,nearly 20% hike. Private players offer better speed and service at lower prices. In this govt, is there anything left today that hasn’t been inflated?

    And I also recharged my plan i.e 736 for this month..my experience with bsnl broadband is so bad and the workers are so arrogant.
