@BSNL_OR Sir, I am a Customer of BSNL Cell One since it's inception. I am now residing in Bhubaneswar for last 02 years. But I find the service of BSNL Mobile Service in Bhubaneswar is very very poor with Call drops,No Connectivity, very slow internet. Please improve @PMOIndia

@manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

@Ranjan_Nayak BSNL installed fibre optic within 2 hours. Faster than jio or airtel. Service is very good.

@BSNL_OR @BSNLCorporate Does BSNL expect that people will keep paying without any services. My landline 0674-2592680 is dead since Cyclone Fani. I am paying rental every month. Never delayed paying bill of my postpaid mobile 9437030370. But it's neither good data nor clear voice.

@NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

@pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

@BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

@TRAI BSNL Odisha has send me the bill for the month of June even if my phone is dead since27.5.2020 which I have paid also as I am going to surrender the phone(0674)2420900 today 30th Junefor BSNL very callous attitude & poor service.kindly look into the matter.

@BSNLCorporate Please help me to understand the issue with BSNL FTTH. After every 5 minutes the internet is not working. All the LED’s are fine in modem. Still facing the issue after every 5-10 minutes. Really very bad service you are providing. Need to move towards Jio Fiber.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ complaint no. 1058585222 on 3.5.22. Without any resolution got bsnl msg it is resolved. Again gave complaint no. 1058511799 on 4.5.22. Till 7.5.22 evening my landline remains dead since 3.5.22. Remains pending with BSNL. That's how BSNL provides service to its customers.

@BSNLCorporate When I will see those actions? Sorry is not a good justification for this. At least you should think to provide a batter justification. Logic is clear if you wants me to stay in BSNL than please resolve the issue on priority if no than I have contacted the Jio as well.
