I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

Today I received email & SMS from BSNL that yr new connection is active frm 31/07/2021. What is this? Can someone help me more.

Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

The focus on 4G now with 5G expansion ahead looks promising. 2 lakh new 4G sites would be a major network upgrade.
