You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

Its disappointed a lot.... many people also returned in front of me with some complain.

Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

I'm sure many other areas would have been affected with this interruption. Can't reach out to BSNL service agent. Can we expect early restoration.

We have received revert from the concerned department, Area In-charge/MSO, your premises is approximately 750 meters from Bachri GP. At present, OFC connectivity is not available up to your location and there is no feasible route/pole arrangement for OFC extension. Hence, the connection could not be provided due to technical and financial constraints. The docket was inadvertently closed under "Non Interested" instead of "Non Feasible"; the same has been noted. BSNL will inform you once the area becomes technically and financially feasible for providing the connection. We regret the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. If customers are paying for unlimited data, why should usage be capped at 300GB or hotspot access be restricted? In my area, even BSNL and Vi provide better connectivity than Airtel. Poor network quality, unclear conditions, and disappointing service have left me with no choice. It’s time to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming. Jio offers a far better network and service experience than Airtel.
