  @BSNLCorporate Housing Board, Charbatia is a big campus having nearly 700 houses of different categories. Nearly 150 landline phones were there whereas now very few due to poor service of BSNL. OPTIC FIBRE should be provided immediately. But there is no provision as ascertained.

  @pureodiasaswata @OrtelComm @OrtelFtth I was one of the first customer of sky view then went for BSNL broadband then later switched over to Ortel FTth then to BSNL Ftth with a hope to get better service. Later disconnected all connections!

  @NEERAJTendua @BSNLCorporate Not a single Indian will denie that fact that BSNL is just loot people. You get much more cheaper and better service from local ISPs but its our bad luck...some of us cannot avail those facilities and still depend on BSNL.

  @manojsinhabjp I know because I complained repeatedly with mails, twitter,customer care,grievance cell.the local BSNL Odisha BBSR has taken a stand not to repair the phone.let me suffer .I am also not going to leave the complaint.Hence decided to surrender the phone on 28thjune

  BSNL,Nagpur is worst Governed organisation. Third time in two yrs there is no fibre net for one week. Overhead cable frequently breaks. . Action only when 10 reminders are given to some Thakur or Shukla in Khamla BSNL. Well I am paying you all along regularly. Fix it at least
