  @BSNL_KTK From 2006 I am the customer for BSNL network. Many people advised me to port other network but I didn't now I am fed off. What the hell the net work in chamarajanagar. Other wise shutdown.

  @CMDBSNL Dear Sir I have taken a BSNL fiber connection 3 days ago but till now the services have not been activated. CC agents are saying no. has not been activated now pls speak to your local vendor. *Vendor says it's not working due to no power at exchange* I am surprised!!

  But that diff number person says to raise a complaint. Then why he has to give that false assurance. The entire bsnl support system is big failure. And you guys have given it to 3rd party vendor to take care of these things. Please refund 5K amount that was collected.

  @rsprasad @samirsaran Hello Sir, I have an issue since 1.5 Months and it's not solved or revised. I don't understand how the public service of BSNL works. I have raised a concern since 10th of May and it's not resolved till date. All mycomplains are closed without a resolution or feedback.

  @BSNL_OR why mobile signal is not stable in our area since the installation of the mobile tower. Dispite of having very good tariff plans we are unable to use BSNL for voice calls. Max time 'No Service' this is only due to negligence!! what can be done????
