Yes, to use BSNL VoWiFi: Ensure your phone supports it (most modern Android/iOS do). Go to Settings > Network & Internet (or Connections) > Mobile Network > Toggle "Wi-Fi Calling" on. Connect to a stable WiFi. It should work automatically for calls. No extra charges. If issues, check BSNL app or support.

@Airtel_Presence Hello, I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel 3 days ago. Today 12 am BSNL network turned off but Airtel sim says no service. Its been 12 hrs. Your airtel store has no idea, asking me switch off and on. I regret switching to Airtel already. Solve it

@BSNL_UPW @BSNLCorporate My BSNL number services have been temporarily suspended without any intimation. Called 9415024365 (UP East CC) from another number – they couldn't help & gave 9412024365 for UP West, but it's invalid/not connecting. Pls check reason & restore urgently.

On 30.12.2025, Sh. Ranjeet Kumar, ADG (Rural) DoT NE LSA visited BSNL 4G saturation sites installed at ‘DOPPHRA’ & ‘KYNTON SA IR’ villages of Pynursula Block, East Khasi Hills District and checked the mobile signal strength.
